How Does This Routine Sound Need Help

Well I just turned 18 and thought it was time to make a big change. So I been reading alot about PE and came up with many things and I’m trying to make a good plan to stay with and be happy with at the end. I’m looking for a total of a gain of 2 inches and a girth of a inch or more. Well right now I’m a little lost in what I’m going to go so I threw down some questions and ideas so if you can please help me make a nice plan to so I can gains like all the other of you.

I will do the Newbie Routine for 2 1/1 months
After the 2 1/2 months I will start clamping for girth
Also I bought a x4labs extender. I was thinking of wearing it for 4+ hours after every routine would that be a good idea in getting length?
After that I’m kinda lost so any ideas after that would be nice.
I’m also thinking of getting a jelp stick what are your thoughts on that?
What supplements like horny goat weed etc.. Can help me with increasing size?
Anything else anyone suggest I can go to get big gains?

Firstly you need alot of patience. I think newbie routine for 2.5 months sounds good. Don’t plan ahead with the clamping etc. Report over here about how much you have gained in the 2.5 months. Don’t expect alot though.

What are your starting measurements?

Start: BPEL: 5 inches, EG:4.5 inches, NBPEL: 4.5 inches

Goal: BPEL: 6 inches, EG: 5 inches. NBPEL: 5.5 inches.Start Date 22nd Feb 2009.

"Oh baby, I love your naivete!".

I’d stay on the newbie routine for at least 3 months - nothing else.

There isn’t any supplement that could help with size gains.

If we knew a guarantee path to good gains, then anyone would go that way - unfortunately, the pathway to gains is : trial and error, listening to your body, reading around here and using common sense.

Good luck on your gains. :)

I Wouldn’t say there’s a supplement to give gains but over all health and vitamins will help with healing.

cosmo44,

You, or rather, your body, will tell you if the routine is right. Read again if you have already, Sparkyx’s article on Physiological Indicators (PIs). There you will learn how to watch for your body’s reactions to what you are doing and from those indications you will be able to determine the direction to take. Your routine will in effect become a self directed journey when you know what signs (indicators) to watch for. There is a lot to enjoy learning and putting into use.

Being patient is one of the larger hurdles. Being persistent is another rewarding quality. Asking questions is great source of knowledge and understanding.

Best of luck!

Do the newbie routine for at least 3 months. Better to be safe than sorry.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

Ok I will do the newbie routine for 3 months. I think I’m going to wear the extender when I go to bed because I’m a still sleeper so I think that will be perfect. So if I do my routine and than where the extender for 6-8 hours a day I have to see gains lol but I want to gain 2 inches by the time I’m 20-21 and I’m 18 right now. I think because I’m in pretty good shape and plus I’m about to start a nice clean diet so I think that will hep with gains also but I guess we will see.

My friend, this is bad idea. Never wear an extender while sleeping: it is dangerous and probably ineffective. Also, the newbie routine alone could be even too much, an extender will just add other stress to your penis.

You grow when you rest, that’s it.

Try clicking the ‘user cp’ button, at the top of every page.

Well than maybe I can use the extender for 4-6 hours during the day. I been using the extender for 2 weeks and than I found out about this website. Would it help if I stretch and did kegels throughout the day and do a couple extra jelqs in the shower and etc.

You should give these threads a read:
Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
Is LESS more, or is MORE more?

The main point is that some guys will gain more with long sessions, while others will only be able to gain with shorter sessions because anything more than that would mean overworking their unit and gains would slow or stop as a result.

The idea behind the Newbie routine is to take it slow at the start and gradually increase session time and see how it goes. When you start getting negative PIs and/or slowing gains as a result of increasing session time that means that you have overshot your sweet spot and should reduce session time. When you are getting positive PIs and most importantly measurable gains, that means your routine is adequate for you at this point in time, even though that may very well change in the future.

Following the Newbie routine and slowly increasing session time will allow you to determine how much work is just right for you. You should also keep in mind that even the Newbie routine is too much for some people, as marinera pointed out. If that turns out to be true in your case you can try the Linear Newbie Routine.

Wearing an extender for 4-6 hours per day in addition to the Newbie routine will add more stress on your unit and reduce the time it has available for rest and recovery. Considering that you are a newbie, this will probably lead to overwork which will manifest itself in negative PIs and less than optimal gains.

Thanks very much I’m taking everyones advice and leaving the extender out and sticking with the newbie routine I might only use the extender to stretch before the routine which I heard works out very well.
