Jelqing Hurts

No matter what I try, jelqing always hurts, either during or for hours or days after. Tried lower reps and lighter pressure and still hurts. I did 75 wet jelqs yesterday. Did them flaccid and light pressure. Now today burning feeling at the base. I also notice penis is less sensitive for days after jelqing.

I just don’t see how anyone can jelq and not run into sensitivity or injury issues.

You are gripping your penis way too hard during the milking.

You have been complaining about this since 2010: Am I jelqing wrong?

You also have had problems with pumping and your frustration with PE goes back 14 plus years!

It seems to me, that for some unknown reason PE is just not for you.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Yes, I would like to find the cause of this unknown reason, cause it is truly baffling how most people not having any problems pumping, jelqing or stretching.

Try the same pressure as masturbation but slower with an OK grip.

If it hurts, don’t do it. That is rule number 1 of PE.

Some people are not cut out for PE. Perhaps you are one of those.

How is your overall health? Are you generally healthy, feel good confident and vibrant?

Or are you out of shape, crusty and stressed out?

I’m a firm believer that good general health, and a positive outlook are foundational to people.

That’s exactly what I was going to ask. I think if you are perennially having problems with PE, it might be an issue with your overall health. And if so, maybe you should give PE a rest for a while and focus on that. A good diet, and plenty of rest is required for recovery from any exercise, including PE.

Also, there could be some medical reason why your penis is extra sensitive. I would look into that if I were you, especially if the same thing is experienced during sex and masturbation.

Anyway, your dick always tells you when what you’re doing is too much. Just listen to it - that’s the most important rule.

I am in general good health. I have no issues during sex or masturbation.

I do have a lot of stress though due to OCD and have poor sleep.

I recently had a very stressful episode in my life. I did 2 PE sessions and it was horrible. I thought I could just do the sessions and get on with it. Boy was I wrong. My penis ached and pinched for 3 days afterwards. It was hard flaccid turtled for the time being. Really discouraging.

I fixed the problems I was having and focused on sleep , excercise and relaxation. This morning I grabbed my morning g wood and it was rock hard surprisingly thick and persistent. My clock is hanging now and feels like it’s up for a workout.
