Just starting out, some questions

Hi all

Firstly my measurements, all erect:

Length)
BPEL: 6.5” (16.5 cm)

Girth)

BEG: 5.1” (13 cm)
MEG: 4.7” (12 cm)
TEG: 4.3” (11 cm)

My first question is regarding measurement. It looks to me that I have almost the same girth all the way up, although it narrows a bit towards the top, but the main reason the base is bigger is only because of the “Corpus cavernosum/Corpus spongiosum” I think it is called.
It really sticks out more at the base and becomes less and less as it goes up.

How do you take that into account when measuring, and where do people normally measure their girth?
Also my TEG is “top”, which I placed just under the glans. Is that the place to measure, or the glans themselves?

My routine is the following:

The Newbie Routine (6 weeks)
1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

My questions regarding these are;

For the manual stretch, I do the “Downward Stretch” throughout. Should I keep doing those during the full 6 weeks, or should I mix it up during the exercise?

For the jelq I do them wet, and side to side jelqs. Is that the best way to do them? (Pulling direction I mean).

Welcome! Lets be friends…and I hope someone answers your questions. I’m working and on break, so I have limited time. :) Normally you measure the base girth, and midshaft. I think that’s how it goes.

5.3" NBPEL.

BPEL 6.5-6.7" Goal: Anything!

Girth: 5" but getting bigger. ;)

Oh, another question. When they write “Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day REST” do they mean:

Monday: PE
Tuesday: PE
Wednesday: rest

Etc?

They do. And as it goes for direction i cant answer, because iv’e heard different theories for what is best. On the newbie i would aim straight out, but that is just my opinion. Best of luck!

Different people do different things. Some people measure at various points and average it. Some people just post their largest girth. Some people have by far the most girth right at the bottom, and if they call that their girth, they are cheating a bit, in my opinion, because most of their dick is not that girth. Some people have a baseball bat shaped penis and need to choose one area to measure and stick with it.
My penis is slightly girthier at the base, but most of it is a cylinder, so I only bother to check mid girth.

Measuring is only to see what your progress is, so as long as you are consistent, it doesn’t matter where you measure - keep measuring the same so you can keep track of growth.

Downward stretch is most important - I’d spend half your time stretching down, and the other half working the other angles.

I usually jelq downwards if doing lower erection level jelqs, or straight out if doing higher erection level jelqs. Sometimes I mix it up and add side to side for some of the session, if I feel bored!

Yes, you have the right idea on the 2on 1off.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

In regards to pulling while jelqing I see little reason to do so. The main aim of jelqing is to expand the tunicia which is inside the penis and is expanded through the pressure created by the additional blood-flow into the penis during jelqing (jelqing is simply pushing blood to the top of the penis). Provided that you push the blood into the penis head (you head should become pretty big if done correctly) then doing it side to side or whatever will make little difference considering you do not pull your ligaments when erect.

A question regarding manual stretching, how much is it suppose to “hurt”?

How hard am I meant to pull? I’m taking it slow, as I’m just starting out, but is there risk of damage if you pull to hard, and what is optimal?

It should never hurt. Within this post there’s an explanation:

How to stretch…

I have only done it three times now, but I have a slight tingling sensation sometimes, on the underside of my penis. Does anyone knows if that’s normal, or what it could be.

I can compare it a little to the feeling in your thighs, when you get inside after being out in the cold (and your thighs are freezing) and it itches whilst warming up.

EDIT:

I am uncircumcised. When I jelq my glans, of course, fill all the way up with blood, which stretches out my foreskin to the max. I don’t see a problem with that, but is it better to jelq with the foreskin on the glans, or pulled back (if that is even possible)?

My foreskin is pulled back while I jelq.
