She says that her concern with this method is that if ligaments are stretched too much, there is a chance for a “rebound” effect. In a sense, your ligaments snap back like a rubber band and you run the risk of shortening your dick.
Obviously, this was petrifying to hear when I am currently 3 mos into the newbie routine. I heat and wear an extender most days. Would something like the rebound effect occur all of a sudden or only after serious trauma and stress applied to the penis? I guess this has always been my #1 concern with manual PE, what is too much and what is enough? There could be nothing more depressing then embarking on a dedicated E journey only to SHRINK your dick!
