Hi dbliss, I’ve been able to orgasm without ejaculation for about 3 months now, but it took a lot of practice to get my PC strong enough to do this. When I say PC, I mean the area around the anus or sphincter all the way up to the BC (as some on the forum like to exclusively concentrate on this particular muscle) or the base of the penis. It was discouraging at first because I always had some leakage or semen, but after awhile it got less and less until it was a dry orgasmic contraction. I actually have to contract my PC, abs, buttocks, clinch my teeth and fists, and close my eyes. It takes a lot of effort but it also feels just as good as if I ejaculated.
