Hello!

I have been reading up on PE theory and one thing is really bugging my mind. Is there a risk gaining length is harder after gaining girth from PE?

Phrasing it differently, should I work and reach my length goal before starting to work on girth? I have a pretty large goal of 2 inches in length before I would feel satisfied which could take quite some time to reach.

I have the same question. My goal is 2 inches in length too.

I dont really know but i can tell you to achieve your length goal first and then focus on girth.

I think it’s a myth. I was able to grow both at the same time. In a weak gym analogy it’s like saying you can’t gain mass and increase flexibility. We all know that’s not true.

Work both as part of your normal routine and pay attention to your PI’s. I like to think of it as listening to your dick.

There’s no reason girth gains would prevent length gains - but it may slow them. The more girth one has, the more volume that must be gained for each additional inch of length.

Same goal in length, I see 3 motives to wait and target girth later. 1 The final base is still hidden, so working only on the upper part would give me a baseball bat shape that could be difficult to fix. 2 A longer penis should be more efficient to jelq, more blood to store and displace. 3 I can’t stretch properly the day after a jelqing session. If I stretch only, I can work almost every day.

Now : Bpel 6.7"

Maybe you should think in a different way, be consistent in your routine. You will see your penis grow eventually both length and girth.

What about clamping?

Once a person conditions their penis and starts clamping, what effect will that have on any possible future length gains?

+1 This is what I was gonna say. PE is subjective, I worked on length trying all different methods and decided to stick with girth because that’s where I was gaining in doing that I’ve gained some length but mostly girth. It’s not for lack of trying it’s just how I grow.

Keep in mind a lot of theories such as length before birth or bibs LOT theory have been debunked to a certain degree. Again this is the subjective part of PE where we’re all different and different things will work for some but not all. We also don’t have a complete understanding of what’s physically going on we’d have to have an mri to get a better understanding and even then it wouldn’t be complete. We have an idea as to what is going on and the changes we’re making but not a complete one. If there was a complete medical study of it I’d put money on PE going mainstream.

Theories are theories but this forum has members with medical background and i believe that their opinion has more value.

Possible reason for PE induced growth

In the first page of this thread Pedendum says: "There have been suggestions on this forum that it is necessary to achieve length before girth. Increasing collagen fiber size with girth work may make it harder to gain length unless far greater tension is used with longitudinal tunica stretches. Possibility of injury rise with super-maximal tension."

I know that the thread is old but ten years after we still dont have the answer.

Well title have an AMAZING penis so kudos to him. However for me I think it’s enough that there are people with some credibility saying girth may make length harder. And while there haven’t been anything said about length making girth harder, I think I will try length only for a couple months/years depending on how long it takes to reach a satisfactory increase :) Thanks all!
