I have been working on my length gains for about two months and have recently wondered if there are any methods that you’all have found succesfull? Right now I jelq 200 times at around 30-40 percent erect and stretch for 10 minuets.


Now= 7.25 inches erect. 6.25 girth erect.

Short term= 7.75 inches erect. 6.25 girth erect

Final= 9 inches erect. 6.50 girth erect

I’m no expert but maybe 40% is a little too flaccid I jelq at 50%-80% but the rest sounds about right to me just keep at it!

Maybe 80% is a bit much though and could be the reason for my problem,so you stick at what your doing and see if it works before you listen to any one elses cures.

I started in spring and have calmed down some what I got a gain of half an inch in length and a quarter of an inch in girth which was good.

But my wife started to notice big dark veins even when I’m flaccid so I took a week off this helped a little.
I don’t mind them but my wife doe’s. We’ll she’s ok with the vein’s but she’d rather see minimal ones.

Mmmm “aw crap” I thought .

So I slowed down and I haven’t created any more dark ones yet but I suppose I’m sacrificing my quick gains “oh well never mind” I new when I started this PE thing it would be a huge programme .

20-40% is advised when aiming for length.

Assuming that you aren’t a newbie anymore, consider this. This is my ideal length routine:

7x3 min of stretching (l,r,u,d,so,dl,dr)
2x3 min inverted v stretch
2x3 min two way stretch
4x15 JAI stretches
10 min of jelqing (20-40% erection)
5x20 sec amazing isometrics

Bird2, your 3 minutes stretches.
Is that one stretch lasting 3 minutes? Have you any idea how much strength you are putting into your stretches?

I know you have had great gains so whatever you did worked.

I ask because when I was manual stretching I would pull as hard as I could and my hand would get tired by about 20 or 30 seconds, I would then wait a few seconds and pull again.
I worked out that I was pulling about the equivalent of 15-20 lbs by comparing it to a fish scale.

I can’t imagine how I ever can stretch for 3 min.

You will get there, I am sure. Practice makes perfect. I have more callosity than the average person though, which surely improves my grip.

I found everything about amazing isometrics (thanks) with the search function, but nothing about the two way stretch. What is that?

Bird2 - Best way to gain length

Search for “two way stretch” with the “” at the front and the end. You would have find it in no time.

JonS, I’m surprised that nobody has commented on your considerably above-average starting size, both length and girth. Did you do PE before you joined Thunders, or are you just naturally big? That 6.25 girth on a beginner is really unusual. Looking forward to seeing your pics soon.

May I ask you to describe your interpretation of JAI stretches,
I am very interested in how you perform this exercise.
