Looking for a combined routine with Bathmate
Hi,
I’ve just bought a Bathmate Hydromax x30 pump and want to give P.E. A good go to see what results I can get. I tried starting again earlier in the year but found it too hard to fit into my daily routine and keep it on the down low. As I was ordering the Bathmate, I discussed using it with my wife and she’s fine with it so I want to stick to a good routine.
The problem is, there is so much great information on this site that I keep getting myself confused as to what to include.
Looking at the newbie routine and the advice on pumping, I was considering the following:
5 minutes low-mid pressure pumping with Bathmate
5 minutes manual stretching
5 minutes mid-high pressure pumping with Bathmate
10 minutes jelqing
5 minutes high pressure pumping with Bathmate
I’d read somewhere that doing kegels whilst pumping was also a good idea.
So I guess I’ve got these questions:
Does the above routine look ok (order, timings etc)?
Is there anything you would add/remove?
Do I need to adjust these timings as I progress or should I make progress keeping them steady? Should I just increase the duration of one of the sections of the routine?
When should I rest? I was thinking 2 days on, 1 day off.. Would every other day be enough?
Also, I do tend to get red dots after pumping or jelqing sessions. These do go away after a day but I’ve seen mixed opinions on whether they are a good or bad sign, does this just mean I’m using too much pressure?
Sorry for all of the questions. I’ve tried getting everything I need from searching etc but I keep sending myself round in circles.
