Hi, jere from ny, found thundersplace a while back and always read up on it but rarely ever had time for actual PE, I actually dedicated myself to PE two months back and it suddenly hit me when I read some member’s sig which read “never let it turtle” something like that, and so I began my journey. I started at 5”BPEL and now am 6.5” BPEL. My regimen is extremely rough but I have never once had an injury and take in lots of protein and exercise regularly.
My regimen is as follows.
6 days on, 1 day off.
10am
-Dip in glass of warm water for 10 mins.
Clamp at base and edge for 20 mins.
10:30
-Penimaster for 30 mins.
11:00
-Jelq for 30 mins.
11:30
-Penimaster for 30 mins.
12:00
-Clamp at base and edge for 30 mins.
12:30 - 11pm
-Penimaster with couple of 10 min breaks in between.
That’s my schedule, I completely by passed the newbie routine and went straight to my regimen. Never once had an injury and always pay attention to feeling. I actually have about an inch of discoloration from my base headed upwards from what I would assume is new skin and dick growth. Would love to post pics but have no personal computer and visit thunders on my smart-phone. Have no idea how I would go about posting pics. Not really computer savvy. Bottom line I found what works for me personally and it’s all thanks to thunders. Would love to throw pumping in there somewhere too. Good luck guys and happy pe’ing.
