Hello Guys this is my first post in here, don’t laugh about my english, I’m from Poland :)
At first I want to say that I have waste a lot of time doing wrong excercises.
I also fight with quick erections with not hard enough penis, and my bc muscle is still very weak.
And please don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to have massive anti air craft black cook to destroy whole universe, I just want to make my girl orgasmic happy :)
Please tell me how to start to have effects, not to waste time.

Hello everyone, I’ve lurked for years and would like to share from my own experience as well as learn from others’ as well. I’m currently doing the DMSO + nascent iodine treatment for deflated glans.

Hey guys been reading through the site over the last couple of moths and theres some fantastic info here, I’m 5 weeks through the newb routine and gaining very nicley,

I’m hoping I can start contributing and learn as much as I can, pe is the best thing thats happened to me in a long time, I took some before photos and as soon as I gain an inch ill upload them for motavation for others.

I have been lurking here since April 11, so I guess it’s time to finally join in on the fun!

So far, all of my gains have been from using an X4 labs extender only. 2-10 hours a day at 2-3kg traction. I had to modify the thing a bit. The base was never made to be comfortable at with 3kg of pressure on your groin, so I made a silicone surround that distributes the pressure over a much larger surface area. As an added benefit, the silicone works well to grab the skin at the base of the penis and allow the traction to be applied to the skin as well, so lately I have been using it to defeat the dreaded turkey neck with great success.

I also have the X4 extender with all the extra rods. I agree that at high pressure the base can get a bit uncomfortable; then again, I don’t wear mine for longer than 15-20 minutes because even though I have a mushroom tip and I’m usually somewhat plump when I “load up” it quickly shrinks and begins to get sucked in to the foam cylinder, rubs against it, and becomes chafing.

Question: Have you gotten any good gains using it? I’ve gained approximately 0.5” in EL using mine just sporadically. Also, have you noticed any girth gains? The website touts gains in length and girth but it doesn’t seem totally common sense that it would provide girth gains from stretching. Then again I have also gained about 0.25” EMSG as well.

Hi everyone I’m new to this so I’ll be asking a lot of questions :D

Just signed up yesterday and finding my way around the forums, which seem like a vast resource.

I’m a 33 year-old male from Germany and I don’t have any previous PE experience. I came across this topic by chance as I recently read about penis stretchers that can be used to counteract the natural curvature of penis to gain a straight dick. This got me interested on the topic since I my penis curves slightly upwards and to the right when erected. I would have preferred to have a straight dick. I am not that much bothered by the upward curve as by the bend to the right. I started to search on the net and came across this forum. I would like to start a PE routine to cure the curvature of my dick and obviously wouldn’t mind to gain a few centimetres. ;-) I’m currently between 16,5 and 17 cm in length and 13,5 and 14 cm in circumference when erect. I still need to figure out how to measure correctly and learn all of the abbreviations used my more experienced members of this forum. I am also researching which PE routine or methods are most suited to my objectives and my daily routines. I really need to find a solution that I can incorporate into my lifestyle and that most of all helps me to gain a straight dick with some moderate length gains. At the moment a penis stretcher seems most suitable as it is said to help straighten the penis and it can be worn whilst doing other tasks (I.e. Office work). I don’t think I have enough time (and possibly patience) to jelq. I’m aware that I need to find a solution that suits me so that I use it regularly.

I would love to hear from you and get hints from the more experienced members. Please also point me to forums where I should post my questions.

Hi, jere from ny, found thundersplace a while back and always read up on it but rarely ever had time for actual PE, I actually dedicated myself to PE two months back and it suddenly hit me when I read some member’s sig which read “never let it turtle” something like that, and so I began my journey. I started at 5”BPEL and now am 6.5” BPEL. My regimen is extremely rough but I have never once had an injury and take in lots of protein and exercise regularly.

My regimen is as follows.
6 days on, 1 day off.

10am
-Dip in glass of warm water for 10 mins.
Clamp at base and edge for 20 mins.

10:30
-Penimaster for 30 mins.

11:00
-Jelq for 30 mins.

11:30
-Penimaster for 30 mins.

12:00
-Clamp at base and edge for 30 mins.

12:30 - 11pm
-Penimaster with couple of 10 min breaks in between.

That’s my schedule, I completely by passed the newbie routine and went straight to my regimen. Never once had an injury and always pay attention to feeling. I actually have about an inch of discoloration from my base headed upwards from what I would assume is new skin and dick growth. Would love to post pics but have no personal computer and visit thunders on my smart-phone. Have no idea how I would go about posting pics. Not really computer savvy. Bottom line I found what works for me personally and it’s all thanks to thunders. Would love to throw pumping in there somewhere too. Good luck guys and happy pe’ing.
