I’ve been reading through the forum for the last two days. Lots of good and thorough information here.

Just started with first PE session today. So far so good!

I couldn’t get the comfort strap to hold. Like you said it would shrink and slide through within minutes, so I am using the noose. Initially the noose hurt, but now I can use it for an hour with the device fully compressed without much discomfort.

As for gains.. I have never been consistent. My job takes me to remote locations in which there is no way I could use an extender, so I am usually doing as many hours as possible at home, with 5-6 day breaks twice to 3 times per month. Regardless, since April I have gained 0.5” NBPEL, 0.875” BPEL, and 1.25” BPFSL. Girth has gone up 0.25”.

I started looking into more options for PE now because I figure being more consistent and specifically working on girth should be more effective, and girth is my primary goal anyway.

Now, my routine with my X4 is to put it on after a 10 minute warm-up and keep it at max traction for 50 minutes, off for 10 with light massage/warmth/jelqing, then back on for another 50 minutes.. Rinse-repeat for as long as I have the free time to do it. I have a pair of sweat pants that I cut the crotch seem on so I can walk around with it sticking out. I keep a sock over it with a hand warmer in the sock to keep my junk warm while it is stretching.


Starting stats.Apr 15th, 2011: 5.5 x 4.5 --- NBPEL-5.5" EG-4.5"

Current stats.Oct 29th, 2011: 6 x 4.75 --- NBPEL-6" EG-4.75" BPEL-6.875" BPFSL-7.25"

Goal: 8 x 6 --- NBPEL- 8" EG-6"

Hi everyone, I stumble upon this website several months ago which was the first time I had heard of PE. I am 1.5 months into routine. I have been doing a basic newbie routine, but have now gotten serious about jelqing, now doing 20 mins per day. I have so far only gained in fsl, but it is only a matter of time before my dick grows too.

I’m french, 28 years old, and started PEing exactly 1 year ago.

I based my exercises on various information from many sites, and had some results (+0.9 inch in length, +0.25 inch in girth).

Since 2 months I’m on a plateau (no gains), so I decided to join Thunder’s place because it seems to be the best place to share and get information about advanced routines.

I hope my gains will continue soon ! Of course I’m ready to share my experience and answers questions.

PE skeptic giving the newbie routine a shot

Just starting my PE routine this coming Monday

I have been jelqing on and off for the past few months and now I intend to stick with the Newbie routine for 60 days to see what happens

I would be lying if I werent skeptical about this so I am approaching this whole process with scientific rigor.
I’m going to follow this schedule to the T with the following schedule:

Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 4 Week 5 Week 6
Stretches (min) 5 6 7 8 9 10
Jelqs (min) 10 14 18 22 26 30

I’m going to take measurements once a week to document any gains I might make during this time.

But before I start I have a few questions..

* I used LOT theory and found my number to be 7 o’clock, does this mean I should focus entirely on tunica stretches like the inverted V-stretch?

* Should I avoid erect jelqs?

* How do I see to it that the hair at the base of my penis doesnt start creeping up onto the shaft while doing these stretching exercises?

My reason for joining is much the same as a lot of others.not exactly happy with what is/or isn’t hanging between my legs. I’ve tried jelqing before, however, the wife was less than supportive, so alas, I went into hiding to do the exercises. Obviously due to the length of time it takes, not real easy to keep it a secret.so I fell away from doing the routine. Would love to hear how other gents handle this same situation?

On another note, I have had a vasectomy and was wondering if anyone has had success increasing their loads? I would like to impress myself first, then I’ll worry about the wife.lol.thanks for listening to me rant.

Don’t worry about LOT. Generally speaking, it doesn’t really seem to have any relevance, except maybe for hangers.

YES! Avoid erect jelqs (at least until you’ve got a few months of regular and careful PE under your belt)

I don’t think you can. Prepare to shave.

Are you thinking that your loads are decreased since your vascectomy? The difference in the volume of ejaculate shouldn’t be affected by much, if at all.
