I couldn’t get the comfort strap to hold. Like you said it would shrink and slide through within minutes, so I am using the noose. Initially the noose hurt, but now I can use it for an hour with the device fully compressed without much discomfort.
As for gains.. I have never been consistent. My job takes me to remote locations in which there is no way I could use an extender, so I am usually doing as many hours as possible at home, with 5-6 day breaks twice to 3 times per month. Regardless, since April I have gained 0.5” NBPEL, 0.875” BPEL, and 1.25” BPFSL. Girth has gone up 0.25”.
I started looking into more options for PE now because I figure being more consistent and specifically working on girth should be more effective, and girth is my primary goal anyway.
Now, my routine with my X4 is to put it on after a 10 minute warm-up and keep it at max traction for 50 minutes, off for 10 with light massage/warmth/jelqing, then back on for another 50 minutes.. Rinse-repeat for as long as I have the free time to do it. I have a pair of sweat pants that I cut the crotch seem on so I can walk around with it sticking out. I keep a sock over it with a hand warmer in the sock to keep my junk warm while it is stretching.
