Where I am starting from: 5.6 BPEL, 5 EG.
This is my first serious attempt at PE. I honestly believed that enlargement was BS and a myth. I have seen enough evidence on this site that I have a new found hope.
I have always been VERY insecure about my size. Looking back, I avoided so many possible sexual encounters with women that I know were interested strictly out of fear of what they would say. I have avoided situations where I might be seen naked and have even hated going to the gym and being in front of other dudes. I know that this is sort of a abnormal psychology thing but it’s me. I remember being so afraid of what my wife would think when we were dating and first got it on that I couldn’t even get it up, and that is after having sex with another woman for 3 years previous to that!! Luckily she was always really cool about everything and tried to reassure me that I was enough. But I have been told by 2 ex GF’s that they thought I was small, and my wife (when I pushed her) compared me to her ex and said he was much thicker. ( This was when we were still dating). Needless to say these instances never have done much to help my fears/insecurities.
I seriously believed there was nothing I could do, but after lurking here awhile I have hope that I was wrong. I feel like I have a chance to improve my self image. I do want to give my wife more but that isn’t required by her and it’s not the main thing. I just want to feel confident in my size.
I have been doing the newbie routine with some minor variations since January 16. I already have gained some length and girth and have definitely noticed a difference in erection quality. I have been hitting places in my wife that I only occasionally got to before. This has seriously motivated me. I have a chance to change something about myself that I have always felt bad about.
Just wanted to say how excited I am to be starting this and thanks for all of the information and sharing you do on this site.
My plan is to do the following routine, 2 days on 1 off for 6 months then reevaluate and see about maybe trying hanging, pumping. I am mainly focusing on length for now, per advice given on this forum.
5 min Heat. (Wet towel)
12 30 second manual stretches (up, down, straight out, in a circle, 4 sets each)
3x15 JAI stretches
10 manual V stretches, about 5 seconds each
150 jelq
Short rest with massage
150 jelq
5 min heat with wet towel, then about 5 to 10 min heat with hot pack
I have worked up to this amount starting from the newbie routine as listed on the site.
Any guidance, thoughts would be appreciated!
