Well, I don’t know how much introduction you want, but here goes. I’m 62, have had a small dick my entire life, though in my 20s and 30s it was BPEL 6.5, don’t remember the girth, if I ever knew. Flaccid was around 4.5 length. I had an active sex life with many men and a few women who either didn’t care or didn’t mention any problem with my size. But also had a few demoralizing experiences with people for whom size was all important. “Dude, you don’t have a dick! What do you expect me to do with that?” But there were a couple of relationships that would have been serious if I hadn’t run the other way. So I don’t blame penis size for my life-long bachelorhood.
In my late 40s, my penis started shrinking, and for about 15 years I’ve been essentially celibate. Recently I lost 40 pounds (keto, baby!) and have been hit on by a couple of men and and a woman. It’s flattering, to be sure, but since I was down to 5.5 BPEL, 5.5 EG, and 2.5 FL, 5.2 FG, and because my erections aren’t as firm or as reliable as I would like, I don’t want to respond to these, um, invitations until my penis is back in performance condition.
So I started doing some cardio and yoga, especially something called “the 5 Tibetan rites,” (actually 6) which have boosted my libido and made my erections noticeably harder and more frequent.
Surfing the net for solutions, I came upon the YouTube videos for BathMate, and I bought one. Oh, yeah. I love it, am experiencing a bit of flaccid growth and the shape and overall appearance is way better. It used to be much thicker at the base and tapered toward a rather pointed, small, circumcised glans. Two weeks with the BM and it’s now pretty much even girth on the whole shaft, the glans is bigger and there’s a bit of skin around my foreskin scar that is bunched and wrinkled and looks almost like an uncut penis with the foreskin retracted. It gives me hope to one day try foreskin restoration.
I also started jelqing, and wish I had more hours in the day to devote to it.
Then I discovered this site and am reading everything possible here to start PE over and do it safely. I see that BathMate is not recommended here for newbies, and though I want to do things the right way, the safe way, the way that won’t cause injury or problems that set me back, I really love doing the BM. So I’m doing it without a lot of pressure and never more than 10 minutes, though I’ve seen here that is strongly discouraged. You all certainly know best, but I feel like a teenager who is told not to masturbate; I can’t stop!
At any rate, this place rocks! You are clearly a knowledgeable, experienced, generous group of people, and you provide a welcoming, non-judgmental environment for people who, if they are like me, are often clueless in the beginning.
Also, here’s something (an exercise?) I haven’t seen mentioned anywhere (which tells me it’s probably not effective or it would be listed with all the other exercises. Nevertheless, it seems to address some of my problem. I keep reading about “the inner penis,” the part that’s hidden inside the body. Well, my inner penis seems to be longer than the outer one, so before I jelq or stretch or pump, I spend a little time pushing my fingers down into the base of my penis and finding that ring of bone where the penis root goes through to inside my body, and then I hold everything in that area in place while I separate and massage the root of my penis and try to pull it out more or at least find some separation between the penis and the muscles that hold it in place. That may or may not have an actual benefit, but it seems to make my dick feel longer, even if it’s not visibly bigger yet.
Lastly, in all I do, I’m practically a fanatic about holding the “chicken skin” as close to my body as possible and stretching only the shaft of the penis, hoping to avoid turkey neck. And my balls are sucked up extremely tight to the base of my dick, so I’m trying to stretch them, too, and am thinking of getting a cock ring with an attached ball stretcher. I’ve never even worn a cock ring, never liked being with a man who wore one, and find them to be a turn-off, but it seems like they are useful and I might benefit from using one, if only to pull my balls away from my shaft a bit.
