Hey glad to post I’ve got some questions on substitute jelq. I have demographism thats makes my skin swell when irritated, so when I do anykind of forcing blooding into my penis its almost like a tear happens near my penis head and all the extra blood fills it up. ( It goes back to normal after) but I want to find a great sub for jelqs due to this please any help I’ve been on and off with PE so I’m not really a newbie

Jelqing needn’t be so aggressive that it irritates the skin. A fairly light grip, with a good lube should be enough. However, if jelqing is off the table, because of skin irritation, pumping may be a good choice. Does intercourse or masturbation cause any skin issues? Are you taking any antihistamines? Vitamin c?

Hey guys! New to the forums and new to PE.

I’ve been at it a month and a bit and have went from 7.5” BPEL to 7.75” BPEL and 8.125” BPFSL. My current goal is 8.5” BPEL by the end of year (hopefully), and 9” BPEL at the end of my PE journey. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place, and cannot wait to learn and contribute from and to the forums.


Start: 7.375" x 5" | Current: 7.75" x 5.063" | Goal Size: 8.25" x 5.8"

I’m definitely more length than girth; My girth is only 5”, but the goal is to get it to 5.5”. Smaller goal than length, but I’ve read girth is a bitch to develop, so I figure I should aim lower.

Aim as high as you want to. Just accept that it’ll take more time. Never settle, if you want something.

Definitely not true for everyone. Girth was amazingly easy for me. I had some good newbie gains in length, (back in the day) but now I can’t grow a mm in length for anything. But I’m pretty sure I could pretty easily gain more girth.

Hi everyone and greetings from Greece!

New guy here. I’ve got a lot to take in but maybe someone can point me in the right direction on a few things I need to know.

Let me start with my goals. Currently I measure about 5.5-6” long, depending on erection quality and 5”-4.5”-4” in girth, that is base - mid shaft - just below penis head. It’s probably just an average penis, gets the job done and all, but always felt kind of small to me, so when I stumbled on this forum, I decided to see what can be done about it!

My goals would summarize as follows in order of importance:

- Increase girth by at least 0.5” (preferably 1”) uniformly.
- Straighten out the penis, as it has a curvature to the right (not causing dysfunction or anything, but I’d like it straight plus it is kind of a drag during condom-less sex).
- Increase length by about 1” (I’m not greedy :P )

Before diving into the techniques, I’d like first to ask about the mechanics behind PE, especially increasing girth. I mean, I understand more or less the concept behind elongation, but how does it worth for girth? What creates the growth? Anyone care to explain?

Now on to my goals. Are they feasible? I guess given the existence of the forum, they should be, but does anyone have success with the curvature as well?

My main obstacle for achieving the above is time.. I mean I don’t have enough time to dedicate on a daily basis. I guess I can make time for a 5-10 minute session 3-4 times a week (even daily if I must) but not more than that. Would that be good enough to see results? Also I won’t use any equipment or anything else other than hand techniques. Will that do?

So, thanks for having me and sorry if I gave you a headache with my rambling. I’d appreciate any replies and pointers! If anybody has started out like my size and seen success with a mild program based on solely hand techniques then I’d love to hear all about it.

With the no equipment requirement and such limited time, perhaps you should look at the newbie technique posted here. There are also techniques to help straighten you out, the search function is your best friend.

5 to 10 mins a day 3 times a week is pretty light.

I’m doing about 30 mins - 45 mins every other day. Saw a .25 increase in about 2 months in girth.

Greetings Thunderfolk! I just discovered PE, and have been doing the newbie routine 3 times per week with some Kegels on the side (this is my seventh week). I saw about a 0.5 inch jump in length early on (probably EQ increase), I’ll be taking good measurements monthly from now on.

Current stats:
BPEL: ~6.75 inches
EG: ~5.125 inches

The event that triggered me to start PE was kind of unusual—a chick I slept with complimented me on my penis size. This had the effect of making me want a bigger, better penis to get more compliments. I also have a fetish for seeing large things being put into small orifices, and a general obsession with self-improvement. And I’m just plain curious to see how big my cock can become. So I guess I have many reasons for doing PE :) . I don’t really have a final goal, but getting to 8 x 6 seems like a good start. Becoming multi-orgasmic, having a shorter refractory period, increasing my endurance, and having an explosive “money shot” are things that interest me as well.

I’d like to thank all the posters here over the years who have compiled so much useful knowledge in one place. I have yet to need to ask a question because the resources are so comprehensive and well-written. Thanks! I’m looking forward to contributing however I can.

Hey guys, just a quick question.

I’ve been using an extender and clamping. One thing I’d like to do is apply heat during the sessions. What do you guys use to apply heat? I’d like to be able to apply heat for at least 20 minutes and something that will fit while using the extender.
