Hello everyone,

I don’t really have anything valuable to say other than just to lose my “posting virginity”, supposedly that is welcomed here :) .I discovered PE about a year ago, never really thought it was legitimate so I never even bothered with it, especially since “science” says the same. I rediscovered PE in early 2017 again, decided to do more “research” on it and started believing in it. I’m only 2 months in now and no matter what the future holds for me, I’m glad I started working out.

Anyway, I already appreciate the supportive community and the abundance of resources that this place has to offer. I might post again in the far future once I feel like I should report with any results.

I’m a Venezuelan guy, I’m a 22 years old guy and I have never had sexual relations, I know, it’s pretty lame that I am losing my virginity posting here and not having some good first time experience. So being virgin and being 22 makes me really uncertain about my penis and my sexual skills, I do not know if I am good enough..

I joined here because as most men I also want to have a bigger tool, at least two inches longer and one wider. Yesterday I began with the workout for newbies, and sincerely I felt really good, although today I found out I needed a 80% boner for the jelqs, so I guess I have to do that today.

Before I started I measured my dick and it was 6 inches long and 5 inches wide. I am not sure I measured it correctly, so if anyone would like to explain me how to measure it and get all the measures right I will be really thankful.

Another reason why I want to do PE is because I’ve got a small curve in the base of my penis and it really makes me fee uncomfortable with myself, so I hope the exercises will help me to fix it. Is there anyone with the same problem? Please let me know how you coped with it and if there was any change.

I’d like to make a log to show my experience with PE and post pics of my dick now and after some months working out so people can see the results and get motivated, but I am a bit shy of posting pics publicly so If you want to follow my progress message me. But beside that, one question which I am sure as been asked about a gazillion times but couldn’t find it (or its answer) by scrolling around easily, so, if any of you would care, here it is: let’s say you are this guy who gets to his 9 inch length, 6 inch girth goal, all is good, you are happy with the result, and you feel there is no more need for additional “gain”. You decide to quit PE, and live your life happily ever after. How much, if any, of those gains are you likely to loose whence you stopped for a few weeks, months, years?

I was fortunate enough to come across this place a few days ago and it’s already provided some great information. I’m mainly interested in EQ, since I’ve been suffering from some mild ED over the past few years, and I have a Bathmate Hercules on the way in hopes of it promoting some healthy blood-flow. I’m a 40 year old male who is in decent physical shape. I’m 6’0 tall and I weigh 185lbs. I’ve had size anxiety for as long as I can remember, due to the fact that my flaccid is pretty small and I turtle a lot. My BPEL is 6.5 inches, haven’t measured my girth lately but it’s unimpressive. I would like to add an inch to my length and maybe half an inch to my girth. I would prioritize girth over length, and I only want to train manual exercises to save the potential for embarrassment if my girl ever found any equipment.

Welcome, ManjiManji. There’s definitely tons of information here, and a lot of guys willing to help and encourage you.
Doing the Newbie Routine will probably help improve your EQ/ED issue. Personally, I’d recommend doing that and suggest that you leave the Bathmate in the box for a few months.

First of all, your erect length is definitely good. No issues there. I have a hunch that your erect girth is probably better than you give yourself credit for. Lots of us have had our first PE successes in improved flaccid. Start with the Newbie Routine and see where it takes you.

I’m just scared shitless of injuring my tool or my ability to get wood. I know it should improve my EQ, but it could go horribly wrong.. So I’m worried about what is the right amount of pressure to apply to successfully ignite growth, but not harm the.uh.sausage.

Simply start off so light you don’t feel it and then go from there. I would also advise being as limp as possible until you get the hang of things.

I found this gem of a site a few years ago. I just wanted to thank the veteran posters for contributing to this repository of knowledge in a manner that is so encouraging to those that are just starting on the PE journey.

I started into PE to help alleviate an injury I had sustained. I continued after said injury was addressed due the added bonus of some gains and improved PI’s.

Hello, I’m new to the forum but have stopped by during Google searches before I decided to join. I’m not new to PE related stuff. I had a JES extender in the past but I never got it to work for me so I sold it. I attempted hanging but never went anywhere with it as I didn’t know much about it at the time. That was 10 years ago. I’m finally serious about it and I’m going for gold as they say. I bought my first ADS and it’s been great so far. I had to do a custom modification to it to fit my needs but I’m happy with it. I didn’t just jump in as I’ve used pumps and edging in the past so my penis is fairly tough and 10+ hours at high tension is a breeze.

Hey for all the new guys who are new here and are starting the process with PE or just are seniors in the forum and like helping people, I am creating a whatsapp group where we can share our experience and support each other in a daily basis while we show our progress and exercises.
