1. What do you think of a 6.3 BPEL, 4.3 EG stat

2. How long until I see gains

3. Can I perform dry jelqs as a beginner as I don’t have lube

That is all I can think of right now so I thank you for your responses in advance

Have a nice day ;)

Welcome to TP, Jojo

Just some quick answers:

1. I think it’s a great starting point gor PE.

2. That question can’t be answered. Generally speaking, by going with the Newbie routine, initial gains show in the first three months. But the growth speed is highly individual.

3. Dry jelqs are fine for newbies. And lube like alnond oil can be purchased nearly everywhere - and it’s very skin-friendly.

Brand New to PE

Hey what’s up guys. I am brand new to PE and just figured I’d lose my posting virginity here. I’ve done a lot of reading and have LOTS of questions but am excited for possible future gains. I believe the stuff works, it’s just a little discouraging at times. Thanks and cheers!

There’s a lot of information here and a great team to help also. Welcome to the forum and good luck with your journey.

Thanks, James! Appreciate the good info. Really helpful. Also your story is pretty cool as well. I ultimately just want a healthy dick and I hope the gains come with it.

Cheers!

Hey folks! So I’m new to Thundersplace. But have been a member over at pegym for about a year. Figure I’d check this site out as well and use both since both seem to have very good insights and useful information. Anyway, I just recently started PE over again and thought I would see if you guys had any suggestions or tips on my current routine. I currently use a Bathmate pump and pump for 30 minutes (I do this about every other day but would like to make it daily). I do 3 sets within those 30 minutes (10 minutes on, 2 minute break 3 times). And I wear a Phallosan Forte for about 10-15 hours daily. I’m wanting to add manual exercises but would like to know which ones I ought to try. I’ll probably do more jelqing but what would you guys suggest for gaining length.. I used to do a lot of clamping which I think I may also start again but I really am looking for length more than girth. I’m 6.2x6 currently and would like more length but wouldn’t mind more girth I guess either. My old size was 5.81x5.75.

I posted this on a progress thread and realized I probably should have posted it here. I am planning to Start a progress thread so that’s why I posted it there. Anyway, thoughts on everything?

Start: 6/23/16 BPEL: 5.81" BEG: 5.75"

Now: 1/11/23 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.4"

Short Term Goal: 8" BPEL x 6" MEG Long Term Goal: 9" NBPEL x 6.5" MEG ----> 7" NBPFL Kik: Swimbarracuda

Hello everyone new member here I just stumbled upon this forum while searching for PE info

I found I thoughtful gold’s thread and decided to take look and well I liked the forum

Any advice is very welcome (newbie)

Thanks have a nice day everyone

It’s been a while since I posted and I took a break from PE (not intentional). I stopped for almost 2 months and just now getting back into it.

Anyway, I don’t want to get too far ahead of myself, but I think it’s working. I’ve been clamping and extending and keeping track of the time on each. No change in length after about 30 hrs of extending, but I think I’m seeing a slight increase in girth after about 22 hrs of clamping. I started out at 5” and now I’m 5” when I’m 85-90% erect and 5.1” when I’m fully erect.

I know it’s not much, but it gives me great confidence to see that it’s working on some level. It’s a small gain, and it’s what I measured before I stopped doing PE, so it’s definitely permanent. I’ll measure again when I reach 50 hrs of clamping. When I reach 5.2”, I’ll it’s real lol. When I reach 6”+ in girth, I’ll start a thread outlining my journey. I’ve been keeping track of time of each exercise and the dates I do them. The amount of time on each exercise is the one piece of information I find lacking on this site. For example, a metric of “100 hrs of extending yields .25 inches ” would be excellent information, allows you to set goals, and puts expectations in line. I’m hoping to offer some information like that when I post my journey.

Just wanted to share!

That’s great news - and the way you approach things is systematic. I just can encouragge you to open that thread sooner, like… right now. Progress threads are, at least for myself, the best way to share knowledge and keep track of my own experiences.

That is because it changes widely between individuals. Setting expectations has, pretty much every time, crushed the hopes of anyone doing PE. Such metrics are the same sales ploys of penis creams or underhanded PE gear salesmen who ‘guarantee x amount of gains in x amount of time if you use x thing’ and that is intentionally dishonest. So posting such metrics would be a very poor choice and set most men up for failure.

Additionally, when guys gain, many haven’t written down every amount of time they’ve spent on everything they’ve ever done. If my log went back for the entire 8 years of PE I’ve done, it’d be quite detailed indeed but it’d be long enough I wouldn’t even want to read it after I wrote it.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks! I’ll consider it once I rack up more hours. I want to make sure I’m getting legit gains and not measurement errors.

I both agree and disagree with you. I fully understand that such metrics are going to vary across individuals, however, with a large enough data set, information can be extrapolated. Perhaps “100 hrs for X gain” is too specific, but even a range such as “100 hrs for .1-.25 inches” is still very beneficial. If there’s enough data to support it, we may be able to say with pretty high certainty that “1000 hrs will gain at least .1 inches”.

With enough data, trends can definitely be found. Further, I think setting the right expectations is critical here. Saying “I want to gain 1 inch after 20 hours” is the wrong way to do it. However, saying “I want to commit to doing 200 hrs of quality PE” is the right metric to shoot for. That way, you don’t know what you’re going to gain and can’t miss your mark and be disappointed. You can have an ultimate goal of gaining an inch, but break it down into smaller goals. Just like you would in the gym. My goal may be to gain 20 lbs of muscle, but the smaller goal would be to consistently hit the gym 3 times a week and progress over time. Proper expectations is key here.

The other thing I’ve noticed is that people tend to post calendar time. They’ll say “I did X exercise for 6 months”. However, if you did it once a month, that’s only 6 sessions, which doesn’t provide much insight. This is why I’m keeping track of total time on each exercise regardless of calendar time.

Just my thoughts.

New Guy

Hey guys,

New to PE and the site. Excited to see and share results!

I’m 24, starting measurements are 7”x6.25”, really hoping to get to 8x6.5 with PE. Bought a pump last week and seeing temporary gains, but just started exercises and stretching today.

Any advice for a newcomer?

Hello everyone

New to PE been looking at the site for about 3 weeks. About to finish my second week of newbie routine. Got all my starting stats recorded and looking forward for some gains.

Welcome, Myrtled, and Tommy44.

Hi,

I’ve been reading about PE for a month. I’m new to PE and new to the site. The first official measurement was on September 13, 2017. I didn’t intend to post anything yet, but then decided to just write something after I accidentally saw this thread.

I’m logging everything I’m doing with reasonable detail and I will share this later. My routine is simple and I will dedicate a lot of time to this, consistently, so I believe it will be effective.

About my goals, I am ambitious. And because of all the reading I am now optimistic. This website has been really helpful and I’m very grateful to everyone involved.

I’ll be back.

;)
