Getting started
Hey what’s up,
Became a member of this place today but I’ve been reading stuff about PE for months now, decided to give it a shot.
I already found a decent looking newbie routine and just had my first “exercise?”, all went well and my dick feels kinda heavy and sore so I guess I did something right :P
Routine:
- 3 minute wake up cloth
- 5 minute stretching (all sides)
- 100 wet Jelqs in about 8 minutes
- 2 minute wake up cloth
Also 2 x 15 kegels a day, which will increase over the weeks/months
When it comes to consistency it’s not gonna be an issue of lacking moral fibre but one of privacy :P
I still live at home and don’t have a sink/tap in the room so I’d have to venture over to the bathroom now and then, which might be awkward since I still have my parents and brother living here.
So I’m gonna do my best to stick with this routine.
I just had some questions about how many days in the week I should do this routine, other tips and pointers are always appreciated. :D

5.9 inches in girth
Goals for this moment:
7 inches in length
6 inches in girth
