Hey Guys,

I have an interesting question. I’ve noticed that my penis, even in its most flaccid state feels kind of fibrous and not too soft. If I’m lying down, it won’t droop down to the side and at the slightest arousal it points up as if it were erect. This I’m sure prevents it from hanging because my semi-erect state is pretty hard. Is there anything I can do to remedy this? It makes me look like 1) I’m hard, and 2) that’s the biggest I’ll be erect - which is not true as I am flaccid. It’s basically not as spongy as it should be.

Do you smoke or drink a lot of coffee? They are the worst offenders. Carrying a lot of tension in your perineal area (between testicles and anus) can also cause those problems, but cutting out stimulants of any type is the best first option.

This is interesting. I have really a lot of veins and my flaccid is also not super soft from time to time and after gaining 0.5” in length, which also influenced my flaccid size a lot, I had a situation, where we were peeing with a friend and he said “Why are you erect?”, which I found as a compliment somehow. Anyways your issue is a little bit different. I would repeat the words of firegoat + I will add a suggestion to drink more water. This has always been a clue for my health in every possible aspect.

So actually I don’t drink or smoke. I will have the occasional caffeinated beverage because I don’t even drink coffee! I’m in pretty healthy condition. I work out 7/7 days a week and eat pretty lean. I have around 9% body fat and weigh 170lbs.

My dick has always been that way. I will look in the mirror sideways and I see it protrude in a 40 degree angle. When I look down, I see the head clearly. I’m not like those guys who can pee with no hands. If I do that, I hit the toilet back rest lol!

Has anyone heard of Hard Flaccid? I did some reading and I began to panic :( Is this an obsession people have or is it a real condition?

Strangely though, I have not found a single source that wasn’t a forum on the topic.
