Water/ moist heat in important in my opinion. The restricting factor as far as I am concerned is how hot you can get the water. I am thinking get water hot in a plastic container and cover it with penis and press against the body for a couple of minutes. Then stretch. The hotter the water the more the possible stretch?

I dont really time it, I just do it when ever my dick becomes dry, I guess every 2 minutes

The temperature I use is the hottest from the faucet, hot to the touch but not boiling.

I got thinking about this thread when a newbie inquired about heat since he had no access to a heat source. He does PE in the bathroom and when I asked “why don’t you use the hot water from the bathroom”, he said there wan’t any in the country where he lives. I have travelled to many places in the world and the last thing I needed was a hot shower. Those who live in very warm areas probably require far less warmup than the guy doing PE in Siberia.

The dry heat I experienced in Las Vegas and Arizona was hot but the humid heat in areas like Mexico and every island where I have been left me with a great flaccid the entire length of my stay. Places like Atlanta and Louisiana get so humid in the summer it is unbearable. I would think there is little need for much of a warm up in that type of climate

It’s not just warm up guys. The fact is, we need to raise the temperature of our tunica collagen tissues above normal body temperature if we want maximum gains. That can’t be done without heat application of some sort.

This is true. Though the caution against not warming up is not stunted gains but rather increased injury potential from applying stress to a cold dick.

Yeah, basically warming up and using heat to enhance gains are two different concepts (albeit similar ones).

About a month ago I started pausing the exercise I was on every five minutes, for a minute of heating up in a cup of warm water. But seriously, I’m convinced enough about the importance of pause dunking (I’m going to work in that name, come hell or high water) to start lobbying to get it into the PE canon with stretches and jelqs.
