I have a heat pad arriving today in the mail. I’m new to PE. Could I take a wet towel and wrap the heat pad around it for wet heat?

Not unless is was designed for water. Many come with an insert that you can moisten. Read the manual carefully.

Excellent thread, going to start the wet heat practice and see where it goes.

For me, sinking my dick into glass of very hot water, borderline tolerable, works better then applying washcloth towel, but its just me.I usually re-apply once for a total time of 10 minutes, and then I re-heat 2-4 times during the workout for 2-3 minutes each.I do that on the sofa, with dry towels below me.I bone press the glass into my fat pad, that way I believe I warm-up the ligaments too.Works good.Maybe hot tub is best, since you are non-stop in the water, but I dont have a hot tub, and even if I had, the cost would be high :)
