I found a newbie routine on Reddit called Monster Girth 101. I followed it and my penis girth was up more. But after a few minutes it went back to normal. Did I waste my time?

PE takes time, each workout causes some micro gain, but it takes months and years to add up to permanent change on the ruler.

Girth growth often takes a year or more. One workout will not make your penis grow. It takes time (months).

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Looks like 3 exercises.

First one is what we call an Uli. Second one is a modified horse squeeze. Third one is plain old clamping.

It’s a good girth routine, but probably too intense for a brand newbie. Especially the horse squeezes and clamping. Hold off on those for a few months.

This is the newbie routine

Modified Jelqing. This is NOT your normal jelqing with reps, strokes, etc. FORGET about counting the reps or trying to actually complete a rep. The key is using your lubed OK grip, kegeling in blood, closing your grip and repeating until you are about 90% full. Once its mostly full but not stiff, slowly move the the OK grip up the shaft until you feel pressure, which will cause a slightly painful stretching sensation. The lower on the shaft (toward the base) you create pressure, the more of the shaft will experience expansion. Hold that as long as you can (30 seconds, until your hand tires, etc), then repeat or switch hands. Do 5 minutes on, 5 minutes off to massage the tissues and regain circulation. The expansion this creates is very noticeable and produces decent fluid buildup, with the head, etc bloating significantly. Should you experience red dots like pin pricks on the shaft, that’s normal and will increase the more the pressure is increased.

Everyone here is familiar with what you’re describing. Everyone here also will tell you that the level of manual pressure that you have to exert is typically too much for a newbie to start with.

To be clear, this means that long-term your erection quality may suffer and injury may result if you do this routine the way you describe it as your starter routine. If you wish to take your penis advice from a Reddit thread then be my guest but the members here have already expressed reasonable warning for you.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Red dots means your have ruptured capillaries and that is an injury that the newbie routine is meant to avoid. What you wrote makes it sound like there is nothing wrong with red dots and even says the more pressure, the more red dots. Nothing about backing off and avoiding this injury or taking a rest day to recover.

In any event, there is no routine that gives instant results. This is a long process that requires persistence and patience.

Just put the “newbie routine” in the search bar. Start there be patient

Just put that routine in your back pocket for later down the road if it seems interesting and convincing to you. That’s what I did. Iam 4 months in, after completing the newbie routine and iam just starting to slowly incorporate erect manual clamps of short reps (20 seconds) with my jelqing. Won’t advance to clamping for another 3 months until I have slowly conditioned my unit to the intensity.

Take your time, it’s best to get what you can out of the newbie routine anyways, it’s the smartest thing to do in the end for gaining.
