I have grown 0” since starting PE in both girth and length! 1 month down.

Try switching to a 1 day on, 2 days off schedule. Less is more.

I was using the linear routine btw

How far have you gotten in your routine? (number of jelqs etc.) Do you feel, that you get enough exercise or not?

Does it even feel effectively?

NEW newbie + advanced routine

There are several members who have experienced their first gains after a few months. Keep doing the newbie routine for another two months. It might be that you haven’t gained any during that period but you will have a conditioned penis then so you can start with the advanced exercises.

When I measured I think my BPEL actually went up to 6.75” my girth had not really changed at all, but I was not at 100% erection. I don’t think I was 100% for the first measurement either though. I feel a little sore afterwards. I am not sure if I have been stretching my inner penis when jelqing though. I feel like I stretch the skin more? I don’t know how to get around this. I started getting the red spots, and they were spreading and showing up in the same area just more pronounced so I lessened my intensity thinking that it was a negative indicator. I think I am going to try extended holds (3-5 mins) on my stretches now and light jelqing for this upcoming month. What do you guys think?

At least you have enough intensity if you get little red spots, maybe a little too much. Be aware, that you are not overdoing. Anyway your plan for the next month seems to be fine, just remember not to overdo. Just keep it comfortable.

NEW newbie + advanced routine

Hey, I feel for you. I’ve gotten about .4 increase in length but NOTHING in girth. I don’t know what to do! It’s frustrating. I JUST want to get to 7X5.5. When I can wear Magnums snugly I’ll be happy.

That is my goal pretty much too, I know it will take me a longgg time to get to 8” x 6” and I am not even sure I want that. I think I may just settle down with a 7.5x5.5, I will see what the girls say once I get there.
