Need Length gains, Not Girth
Ok TP community, been reading these forums for over a year now, but this is my first post. I need some expert advice here. I’ve made some good girth gains over the past year, but the same can’t be said for lengthing my unit. My wife is aware of my PE journey, but after a recent escapade she complained about my girth, saying “it’s getting uncomfortable” When I asked about the length, she said “You should focus there.” So my question is.what’s the best way to “focus” on length gains, while minimizing girth gains?
Starting stats 1/4/18:
BPEL -5 7/8 in
MSEG - 5 3/8
Current stats 1/11/19
BPEL - 6 1/4
MSEG - 6 1/2
Routine:
I started an every other day routine on Jan 4th, 2018 and have stuck with it (about 90% of the time) this past year. Days (M,W,F,Sun)
Morning Shower
* 5-10 min heat pad
* 5-10 min “Manual stretches using aquaphor”
* 20 min hydromax X-30 Bathmate “with c-ring” max pressure (currently reaching 6 1/2”)
* Wear c-ring for 4 hrs after pump (to retain volume)
Night
* 5 - 10 heat pad
* 2-3 hr Max Extender
