I have been jelquing for 6 months now and I really like it , I see that increase girth and lenght together progressively. I have some questions to veterans in PE
1) How many minutes can or should I jelq for session 10-20mins or can I do more ?
2) Can I jelq every night without rest days and still grow bigger ?
3) How many months takes to accustom my penis ?
4) Is Jelquing the most intense manual exercise in PE ?

1. 20 minutes is about right. Beyond that and you get diminishing returns.
2. I would introduce rest days.
3. I’m not sure what you mean by “accustom.” But certainly it would have happened by 6 months, whatever it is.
4. No, it’s not the most intense exercise.

It would be a good idea to click on Thunder’s Newbie routine START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

What about this guy called “DLD” I checked some info about him in the web and he stated this back in 2003:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again.

There are some guys, maybe a handful, who have near indestructible penises. Most of us don’t. DLD came up with some good advanced exercises. But penises need rest. You will come across a few others who make claims of no rest and doing extreme things. You need to read what these guys say with a huge boulder of salt. What may (or may not) have worked for them probably won’t work for mere mortals like you and me. One that comes to mind is “Big Girtha”.

Your cock needs rest and recovery to grow. Try 2 days on, one day off. Review that routine I linked to. It is good because it ramps up slowly.

Additionally always warm up your penis tissues with heat before exercising.

Also remember:

Penis enlargement is a marathon, not a sprint.

I’d be careful of what DLD says. ThundersPlace and DLD’s site tend to be two opposing schools of thought on PE matters. Personally, I think he’s a fool and a charlatan, but that’s just me.

Most guys here rightly focus on work interspersed with rest.

I just realized I can’t do 7 days on my penis need rest I think I’m gonna start doing 2 on 1 off since I do long sessions like 1hs per night , is that a good schelude ?

Am I the only one in this site who does not like to take pictures and measure his penis ?

A lot of people here don’t upload pictures and that is okay.

But you should measure and maybe take pictures for yourself so you can see the improvement over time.

However you should measure your penis so you can keep track of your growth/progress.

Day 5 of rest and my penis still sore , any idea ? Overtraining ? The good news is that my penis is fatter I wonder if this is a permanent gain ?

Most on here don’t do that for various reasons. I only started uploading pictures after getting over 7 inches BPEL, before that I honestly did not feel like I was big enough to do it.

But I would actually recommend you taking pictures, at least for yourself so that you’ll be able to see the difference when you’ve gained some. I really regret not taking before pictures as I could just have kept them to myself as you don’t need to post them on here.

Anyhow, seeing you’ve gotten all the good advice you possibly can get from the vets on here regarding your original question I wont add anymore to that and just co-sign all the good advice and wish you the best of luck on your journey.


Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.
