Hello there fellow PE enthusiasts!

My journey started tonight when I recognized I have always wanted to be bigger. I am 28 years old, and know I have finished growing heightwise and my metabolism is slowing down. I have decided to start working out and figured boosting my sexual confidence couldn’t hurt!

I have a good, average sized penis. It’s ~6.25” NBP, closer to 6.75” BP and 6” in girth.

I’ve always wanted to be comfortably over 7” NBP and a little thicker. I’ve been told by partners I fill them and have confidence in my sexual technique, but I have always wanted to go deeper and stretch them wider.

I recognize I won’t ever be a full-on porn star sized monster, but if I can get over 7” with the Newbie Routine (and perhaps some other tips and tricks I learn along the way) I know I will have a renewed self confidence and be even more dominant in the bedroom.

I’m going to follow the instructions exactly, two days on and one day off. I hope by the end of January I can start tracking progress, even if it is minimal.

Any tips, tricks or advice are more than welcome! I am using olive oil for the jelqing, it’s cheap and seems to not irritate that area at all.

Sounds like you’re off to a good start. Sticking with the “Newbie Routine” is key and not over doing it. Olive oil or coconut oil are the best for jelqing in my opinion. Beyond the “Newbie Routine”, I’ve also added some edging, without cumming. It really strengthens the penis and with continued practice will make you be able to have multiple orgasms. Just a thought of something to consider. I can’t say much more, because I’ve only been here a couple of weeks, myself. All I can say is everything I’m doing seems to be working for me.

First off, I’d say you have a pretty good sized unit right now. You are above average in length and approaching huge in the girth department.

Secondly there are quite a few porn stars between 7” and 7.5” in NBP length, if measured correctly along the top of the penis. Many porn stars with that type of length don’t have 6” in MSEG so you are way ahead of the game there.

Your goals are well within reach and you seem to have a good attitude. Stick with the Newbie Routine for at least three months and stay committed. If you’re like a lot of folks around here, you should reach your length goal within a year, maybe even sooner.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Regarding 40-70% erection level, I had a hard time with this yesterday.

I had put on some pornography to get blood running to the shaft itself, but I recognized I was wavering from 40% to nearly 100% in terms of erection.

I realize it probably changes from person to person, but what is a good way of maintaining that perfect erection level?

As I neared full erection, I muted the porn and looked away to relax the blood flow. I had read that jelqing with a near-erection helped girth gains, so I was okay being closer to to 70-80%.

Also, is a bit of soreness usual? It’s certainly not pain, but almost like a delayed-onset muscle reaction the day after the gym.

Well hello there!

I have edged for years now, it’s how I learned how to stop premature ejaculation in my early sexual days. I was fine with condoms, but with unprotected sex I couldn’t go for more than a few minutes without sensation overload! Edging taught me where my point-of-no-return was, and once I was able to identify it I could communicate with my partner when I needed to change positions or slow down. Great tip!

I will definitely bring it back into more rotation now, however. It definitely flexes the kegel muscle while fully engorged—-I understand why that would be an effective method in the midst of all of this stretching/flexing (from the Newbie routine)!

Update: I just performed Day 2 of my 90 day experiment. I will rest tomorrow. Today I experimented more with flexing my kegel while jelqing which definitely had a noticeable effect in the texture/inner-feeling on my penis. I did my initial heating and stretching in the shower, which saved me some time. Then dried off & jelqed to porn with the sound off. I still had trouble not getting a complete erection—-it was good porn, and jelqing feels good! Like a massage when I’m usually just jack-hammering away down there—-I had to pause a few times to squeeze my glans gently and let the blood run back down. It added a few minutes to the routine, but I didn’t mind that so much. Back to the bathroom after jelqing to use the sink’s hot water and a face cloth to re-heat. It takes about 5 minutes to shave, so it doesn’t seem to be suspicious to use the sink after a shower for that long. Every ninety-seconds or so I’d pour hot water over the facecloth to keep it just hot enough.

Finally, I went back to my room and did seated 5-second kegel holds. This has been the hardest part.. I keep losing count! I continue to do them, but by 20 or so I have lost count both days. Is there a way that you guys have found helpful to keep track? Or should I just set a timer and do it for an allotted time rather than a goal number?

I have been told you want to keep your edging sessions and your jelqing sessions separate, I think due to injury is why because you don’t want your dick to be that high of erection level. Just one newbie to another newbie tip don’t wanna see anybody go to the injuries section.

Yeah, I can definitely see how over-working yourself during these session can lead to injuries. I am trying my best to keep myself in ship-shape, as I am dating right now & don’t want to decommission myself—I know I can please a woman, this is honestly more for my own interest and confidence. It’d be a shame to take myself out of the game due to greed, so I am taking it slowly and practicing caution with stretching and jelqing until I build up more knowledge.

Update: I finished Day 6 yesterday, 2 days on 2 days off, 2 days on. I had an unexpected sexual encounter on my second off day that I sprung for in lieu of keeping to the exact routine. I am aiming for 2 days on 1 day off so today, Day 7, is a rest day with the intent to continue with my Newbie Routine tomorrow. So far I am certainly feeling a heavier & better looking flaccid penis, but it’s too early to expect any gains whatsoever in terms of erect girth and length.

I also recognized that people were saying my reported girth, which I know to be good but not ideal, was the ‘perfect size.’ This led me to go out and purchase tailor’s measuring tape (I had previously wrapped a string around my erection & then measured the string w a straight ruler). The tape gave me a significantly different result, at a resting erection I am closer to 5.25” and fully engorged (aka edging) I am closer to 5.5”. Still not bad, but I knew I wasn’t at the magic number yet. I changed my ‘signature’ to reflect my current size, and changed my goals to fit a more realistic achievement.

So far so good. Last night it was tough to jelq without getting a full erection so I had to stop four times, breathe deeply and continue. It added 4 or 5 minutes to the exercise, but I’d rather take my time and do this by the book than force it and injure myself. Happy PE’ing to all and to all a good night.

Sounds like you’re on the right track man. Great starting size and reasonable goals. Keep at it. I had the same issue with constantly getting too hard of erections when jelqing. For me, over time of doing the exercises I’ve been able to control it much easier. Your dick will start realizing that you’re exercising and not touching yourself for pleasure ;)

It’s good to read someone’s story that doesn’t involve a complete depression over size. Many of the guys here start out thinking we’re small, can’t satisfy our partners, or just think having a big dick is the only answer. You’re doing it for the right reasons; for you. Keep it up man.

Update: Day 10, rest. Yesterday was another great session. Doing the warm up and stretching session in the shower is such a “life-hack,” saves a bunch of time and can be paired well with just a regular shower. I am still having trouble not getting a full erection during jelqing, I’ve taken to closing my eyes and deep breathing but I still have had to pause quite a bit. I am feeling great about the process so far, the Newbie Routine seems well put together. I have noticed I am having super strong erections, and ejaculating a good amount more than usual. I assume this is because the jelqing sessions are sending a signal to my ejaculatory reflex and not orgasming after that session likely builds that tension (“teases it” so to speak) but it is definitely welcomed. I am resisting the inclination to measure, it’s only been a week of really doing the exercises.

Question: how do people handle the Holidays? I am going to be traveling home, and won’t have enough free time to do a lot of this. I imagine in the shower I can still warm up/stretch, but 10 minutes of jelqing and another five minutes of heat-down is going to be difficult to hide. Should I just rest that week, or do a half stretching, half jelqing routine in the shower? Seems like a little progress would be better than halting altogether.

Update: Day 16. Things are going great on my side, good PI’s and no real deep soreness. I have taken to different stretches than the ten 30-second stretches, do you guys think that is OK? This is my newest routine, been doing it since day 14:

1. 5-10 minute warm up

2. 5-10 minute stretch session

-10 second manual flaccid stretch, medium pressure, down
-10 second manual flaccid stretch, firm pressure, down

I am trying to give myself at least a half hour (if not 2 hours) before going to masturbate as to let the tissue heal. I have heard of people ‘edging’ after jelqing and injuring themselves bad-no need for that, this isn’t for the Olympics just to see if I can track tangible progress.

It’s been a while since my last update, but I wanted to keep up my progress reporting.

I am on Day 32, technically, but I have taken three rest days beyond the traditional 2-on-1-off schedule. This is “Day 29,” for that I am tracking, which is to do 90 days of the Newbie routine to see if I can feel or see improvement.

My PI’s have been great. My flaccid length is looking bigger, and I feel like my penis is getting physically in shape.. As if these exercises are making it a better instrument for sex. I can’t tell if there is progress in length or girth yet, I will measure tomorrow on my “Day 30.”

I have stuck to the routine, & have adjusted my jelq time to 15 minutes (hoping to build up to 20 minutes by mid-month).

This month has blown by, I have gotten much more disciplined in my jelq technique and can maintain my erection level at a near perfect 60% for almost the entire session. This saves time; sitting there with a too-hard-to-jelq erection happened a lot the first three weeks. I am curious to see the how long I can go. (Winkwink)

Good to hear you’re going strong! You should start a thread in the progress reports or progress reports and pictures forum :-) . Keep your eye on the PI s and if you are seeing results, DO NOT CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE.
