Newbie, not real forum savvy

Sorry if this is an annoying newbie post, but as the title states, I’m horrible with forums.

I see the common consensus is to follow the “newbie thread”, but curious is this is a common query.

I’m currently at 7.5” length 5.5” girth. I’m OK with length as my wife already says that aggressive sex hurts her, but would like a little more girth. Not to suggest that my wife is “loose”, but she is like a sexual predator in bed, and gets very wet, very dilated, and multiple orgasms are common.

Needless to say, I sometimes feel inadequate in the girth department.

Is there a PE method to gain girth, without length?

Hey Gsf, welcome to Thunders. Have a look at what iamaru linked START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info Everything you want to know is in that link. One of the the links I would suggest you read in that link is the Penis Enlargement Manual , I found that to be very interesting. You don’t have to study it, but take a look at it and just go through it, it may help you one day as you start to advance. Another link in there is the Penis Enlargement FAQ, you might find that helpful as well.

So now then, have you had any experience with PE at all, or is this all new to you? From your last sentence I think your new to PE. First and foremost, Safety comes first, the exercises are going to hurt a little, but if it hurts a lot, STOP. This is all in the Newbie Link, but just know this going into a PE regiment. This is one of the nice thing about this great forum is we care about your health, and the members will urge to either ease up or take a break.

Your measurements are 7.5 X 5.5. Is that 7.5 BPEL X 5.5 EG? if you do not know what those acronyms mean, you might that to open the Glossary. Those 2 acronyms are probably the most commonly used here at Thunders as well as the other internet forums that out there. Bone Pressed Erect Length (BPEL) learn how to measure your erection. Erect Girth (EG) learn how to measure your girth. You may probably already know this ,but it’s a kick start.

One more thing, Be respectful of your brothers here as they will be to you. The biggest thing that Thunder himself, and the rest of the Moderators do not put up with is disrespect, that is the fastest way to get thrown out of this place. We are all here for the same reason, not to mention our insecurities. Everybody helps each other here.

So Gsf, now you know some of the drill. Good luck, and if you have any questions, just ask, also there is a Search button at the top right, just so that you know.

Take care and be careful.

Welcome gsf. To add to what tnt said, there is a wealth of knowledge and information here. We are all friendly and don’t mind helping each other out. So read, read and read some more.

The newbie routine is a great place to start. Tnt posted the link. Be safe and have fun with it.

Yes. You would be correct in that I am 100% new to PE. Not quite sure if it is right for me or not just yet. Read the “PE dangers of permanent ED” sticky, and that’s a little concerning, to say the least.

Thanks for the acronym help, those links will surely help me decipher what I’ve been reading. Ha

Also, yes those measurements are BPEL and EG. I actually was just going off a random internet search on the proper way to measure.

I will read those links you provided today. Thanks for the reply!

Providing you are careful and pay close attention to yourself you should be okay. With that being said, no one here can tell you that you will be just fine. It’s up to you to pay attention and not exceed safe limits for yourself.

It takes some dilligence to aim for a specific goal.
You can target girth esapcially with advanced exercises but always want to be conditioned in some way.
So the newbie routine with you having in mind focusing more on girth. Which means you should stretch but focus more on expansion(percentage wise).

The dilligence is to observe, measure and gauge how you react to exercise.
If you suddenly seem to gain length you change approach.

Whatever you do ease into it and warm up. This will greatly diminish possiblity of an injury.

Hey- welcome! Lots of good advice around here!

There are 2 big mistakes to avoid when starting PE.

The first is starting too fast and too hard. That results in injury that can take the form of red spots, and or discoloration which is bruising and possible temporary ED.

The second kind of mistake is starting like you are afraid of your penis and doing everything so nice and easy that you don’t get any results.

So how do you find the middle ground where you get good results? By being aware of those 2 mistakes and when you find yourself in either the too easy zone or the too hard zone, making adjustments. One thing about doing PE correctly. You are constantly learning and making adjustments.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Very well put gprent. That is great advise. These are the things that many of us fail to convey to the newbies.

Hi! I’m really excited to start on this journey and have started the newbie routine but was wondering if instead of a hot wrap it is equally effective to take and do stretches in a hot shower. And also the most accurate way to get my first measurements. Nothing more motivating than progress. Thank you!

yes warm up is warm up.
BPEL and BPFSL are length wise most important and exact. look it up.
do it always in the same position to track your progress.

GIRTH. BASE; MID AND BELOW HEAD. + check for where you are the thickest
