Hello so I’ve finally decided to start PE I would like to get tips from you guys like what exercises should I do
Also I always wandered whats kegels I never seemed to understand how it works I tried taking a leak and stooping the flow
Rapidly but I still don’t get it is there any other way you guys could explain me how to do kegels?

TuggerJoe, yes I did make the flow stop but still I don’t get it how can I make the muscle hold for 5 seconds :S

Well, the tip that most members give new guys is to do the Newbie Routine. That’s why it was invented. It allows you to slowly condition your member for more strenuous work later.

At least that’s the advice they should be giving newbies.

Perhaps you should follow it. :)
