Just focus on being disciplined, consistent, and getting good solid workouts. If you’re dedicated, the gains will come :)
Don’t forget to use heat before & after, and slowly increase the intensity & duration of your workouts. I think I’ve read 110 degrees is optimal? Personally I favor the rice sock, it seems the easiest to get to the perfect temperature.
Make sure you don’t make any foolish mistakes that could cause an injury/ like jelqing the bundle of nerves on top of your penis right behind the glans/ or by jelqing the glans directly.
Make sure to get all your starting measures, BPFSL, EG midshaft, EG base, flaccid girth, flaccid length etc etc etc… This way, regardless of how much BPEL length you gain, you’ll also be able to indentify other indicators of progress that can later on give some possible new insight into your PIs.
