Newbie Routine Vs Linear Routine

Newbie Routine Vs Linear Routine

Guys,

After a “somewhat” long decon break (3 months) I can`t wait to be back.
After 6 months and some small gains (or better EQ?) I realize that maybe I hit at this PE thing too vigorous.
On my last PE month I was doing Ulis, Squezzes, Jelqs, Stretches, Horses, you name it!

I will start again and, this time, slow and steady.
It`s a marathon, and it`s for life, isn`t it?!

Now, I will need your help!
Should I start with the newbie or linear routine?

Wich one would you start today if you were a newbie and had the chance?

Best regards!

What I suggest and what helped me a bit; get about 5-10 days break and start a Linear Routine. Watch Your PI’s and overall feeling and do it for at least two months. If You will have good gains keep on rollin’ the Linear Routine by making more jelqs/stretches/kegels and keep watching PI’s.

And read a lot about every issue, every question You may ask. Almost every question connected with PE is asked on this forum.

I started with Newbie, but after about month changed it for Linear and kept the same PI’s.

Have a good gain.

Thanks for your reply, Tidio!

Anyone else?
C’mon everybody! I know there`s a plenty of guys here who could add some hints and tips for this debate.

I`m starting to think, since at the beginning the “less is more”, that the linear routine could prevent the newbies from conditioning their units so fast.
The main reason my gains stopped I attribute to over-conditioning my cock.

Begin with less is more and make sure you warmup properly.

My routine: 1 day on 1 day off, 50 jelqs per session. (Monday, Wednesday, Friday on, rest Tuesday,Thursday, Saturday and Sunday).

If you have fully deconditioned, the Linear is a great place to start. I think full decon takes 6 months +, so if you are not gaining on the linear, you may still be a little conditioned. But give the linear a go and keep us informed of progress; that’s how we all keep learning! :)

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

My plan is to do the Linear Newbie Routine for a couple of months, then, depending on how gains are coming along, move onto the Newbie Routine. The LNR seems like a wise place for a total beginner to start! It seems like both routines can work alongside each other for huge benefits.

I started doing the Linear Newbie last week and I’ve only gotten neutral and positive PI’s so its going well. I think its a good choice. Also if you do gain from it, it gives you space to do the regular newbie and gain from that as well.
