No fuller hang after PE session

So today I did my first proper PE session (after doing 3 and pausing for a week) and I did rice sock warm up, 5 minutes of manual stretching (2x30 seconds down, up, left, right and out), 50 dry jelqs (because I’ve been told more than that is too much for a beginner) and rice sock warm down. Afterwards I didn’t really have a fuller flaccid hang, no turtling either, it was just as usual. Is that good, bad or neutral?

This happens to me as well.. I always read that you should have a fuller flaccid after a good workout, but no matter how good my workout is, I only get that nice plump flaccid for the first few minutes following my routine, which is still the newbie routine with an added 10 minutes of pumping. After a few minutes I’m back to normal and it’s really frustrating. I have yet to see any serious gains as well.. Wonder if there’s a correlation?
