Pain

I started the newbie routine about two weeks ago. I start feeling a little tingly feeling at the tip of my head, but according to all the threads I’ve been reading over that duration it seems like there’s no gain no pain. However, after yesterday’s session I was looking at the left side of my mid-shaft and it seems as if one of the veins is extruding out more then it usually does, and there is a pain in that exact area. I was wondering what this could mean? I’m stopping the exercises for a couple of days to see what will happen.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

With PE the saying goes that if you have pain you will get no gain. Pain does not help PE gains, it hinders and even reverses progress. So, if anything, PE should feel more pleasurable if you want to see consistent gains.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

*No gain with pain* is what I meant to say. That is why I’m stopping right away. I’m doing the overhand jelq, such that my index and thumb run along the side of my unit and I stop right at the glands.

What can this pain be?

Thanks for the quick reply gprent

I have the exact same thing on the dorsal base. The vein is a bit harder, kind of firm and slides around when I touch it. It also gives off a bit of pain when manipulated. There is no discoloration or bruising. I get erections just fine and do not feel any pain unless I touch directly on that spot.

WhopperJr. it sounds like you have a thrombosed vein which can happen to anyone who’s being too strenous on their penis. If you’re just starting out, it can happen much more easily, but it can even happen to seasoned veterans.

Might be the same story for you in78.

Take a look at this guys.

Thrombosed Veins

If it is a thombosed vein it’s not serious and will go away on its own, but will take a while to do so, eg several weeks to even a month or two. Massaging it gently, especially with heat will do it good, but you should lay off the PE or it’s going to get worse, and can become serious if ignored.

I can only guess that you have been using too much force and have caused some kind of trauma. Your body is very resilient though and it should heal completely soon enough.

I will not PE for a couple of days, and see how it feels. I started the newbie routine with 150 jelqs, and 5 minutes of stretching with all the required warm up time for the first week, and during the second I moved up to 300 jelqs and maintained the same amount of stretching time. Maybe I’m using too much force in the jelqs.

I will take a week off, and see what happens.

Thanks for the quick replies by the way!

I had a thrombosed vien on the top of my penis from jelqing too hard when I first started and it is still discoloured somewhat and is only now beginning to fade after six months.

Occasionally I will get bruising from the mechanical stretcher, but that fades after a few days.

PE is a lifetime endevour and one should begin slowly (I`m telling myself too….) and work up to things gradually. I have gained almost an inch of length in six months doing mechanical stretches, jelqs and clamping.

Somedays I want to get it done immediately and doubt that this is really happening at all, and I`ve somehow imagined that my dick is 17 1/2% bigger than it was before christmas…but the fact remains that PE really works and that I need to slow down and enjoy the thought of continuing to move toward 8”…..

Ok so I haven’t been PE’s for almost two weeks now. The pain is still at the left side of the shaft, but now it comes and goes. Sometimes it just hurts on the left ball. It’s nothing significant, there are no signs of bruising or swelling. Just a stinging pain on the bottom left of the shaft, and sometimes the left ball. Any advice??

Thanks!

Maybe you should get a doctor to check you out.

Kind of sounds like this is unrelated to PE (pain in your testicle as well as shaft).

I’m going to go get it checked out. Do you think it’s possible that it might be a hernia? It’s just the timing of it is weird, that’s why I correlated the pain with PE. If it is a hernia, does that mean I have to stop PE or even sexual activity for an extended amount of time?

Thanks!

This is the correct advice for the vein problem you originally posted at the midshaft area. Problem is now you are saying the pain is at the bottom of the shaft and the testicle. My experience is that the pain from the vein can radiate lower as the vein is basically plugged and the whole length of the vein is impacted. Keep up with the heat and massage.

It took a solid two months for mine to heal. During that time, the pain came and went and varied a lot.
