I think I know why I’m pissing more frequently . When I first started the exercise I jelqed from the base of my penis all the way up to the head , I can’t even remember how many reps I did but I know they were alot . I followed the tutorial (didn’t use oil) and I focused more the step where it tells you to strech your penis to the left . After that I fapped again like I did the first time which led to Sunday . On Sunday I realized that my penis was hanging more to the left and I couldn’t get as hard as I usually did . When I masturbate over 25 minutes my penis begins to feel numb , and when I bust it’s not even that sensational anymore . So yeah , I think I over did it without having any specific routine , I just did two random exercises without knowing the level of experience it’s recommended for . So now I’m relaxing trying not to masturbate for a week to see if it will heal , to be honest I think it has something to do with me pulling something out of place since it leans to the left more .
