I started jelqing on Friday thru Sunday , my penis is hanging towards the left and I can’t keep my penis erected like I used too . I’m starting to urinate every two hours while drinking nothing and I’m really scared . The bottom of my penis is in pain , so should I wait 4 days then workout again ?

It’s overwork. You need to urinate often because when smooth muscles in the penis can’t expand it is harder to squeeze the urethra - which is the mechanism that refrains from pissing. For the same reason you can’t have an erection. I alread answered your question about the penis leaning to one side: it is just a consequence of the asymettric made up of your body (any human body, actually, at a major or minor degree).

You should avoid PEing for a week, than when you restar go easy: less reps, less force.

You don’t have any injury though.

After I finished my first exercise I wrapped my penis in a warm wash cloth again just in case . Then I became fully erected for the first time in a couple of years , lol . When I say erected I mean like rock hard erected , then I masturbated (not sure should I have done it or not) I noticed that my penis felt way thicker but leaned to the left for some reason . It basically hurts where I stretched it at which is towards my belly button . I only streched it to the left (I think it made it worse) with my right hand , then jelqed it dry . Now I’m extremely sore .. Pkease help !

Another thing , should I stop masturbating for a week also ?

If you are sore then you should not masturbate. You should do nothing.
Maybe someone can suggest you to do warm up and gently massage the penis. I do not know if this can help.

The few times I injured myself I didn’t do nothing, only rest (and obviously no mastrurbating, not at all). The body cure himself, but slowly.

Take your time, and notice if the soreness fades away in few days.

And next time do not injure yourself, PE is done with light and gentle traction. At least until your are conditionated.

Another thing is that the base of my penis is numb/swollen . Everytime I masturbate I feel nothing , when I ejactlate it doesn’t feel as good as it used to .

Do you still have the urge to piss frequently? If so ask your doc, maybe you caused uretral irritation or even inflammation.

Keep us updated chili over the next few weeks and months, people do report this stuff from time to time. It may be exactly what marinera said or you may have a delicate penis like a small % of people do and caused yourself some permanent damage. This is why PE comes with a warning and people are always telling newbies to take it slow. If in doubt see a doctor!

I think I know why I’m pissing more frequently . When I first started the exercise I jelqed from the base of my penis all the way up to the head , I can’t even remember how many reps I did but I know they were alot . After the workout I got a major boner then fapped , it felt intense ! It felt great , it was probably the hardest boner I had in years . I followed the tutorial (didn’t use oil) and I focused more the step where it tells you to strech your penis to the left . After that I fapped again like I did the first time which led to Sunday . On Sunday I realized that my penis was hanging more to the left and I couldn’t get as hard as I usually did . When I masturbate over 25 minutes my penis begins to feel numb , and when I bust it’s not even that sensational anymore . So yeah , I think I over did it without having any specific routine , I just did two random exercises without knowing the level of experience it’s recommended for . So now I’m relaxing trying not to masturbate for a week to see if it will heal , to be honest I think it has something to do with me pulling something out of place since it leans to the left more .
