Hello everyone. I was wondering if just manual Jelq/stretching is enough to get good gains? The reason I ask I because I have a wife and three kids, and would be hard to have a lot of equipment. I am in no hurry And know it takes a long time for good gains. But curious if it can be achieved by hand alone? Thanks in advance

I personally is no fan of jelqing but i really like manual stretching. You can do it in bed besides your partner or in front of the tv. I have gaind 2+cm in 8 month. I pump sometimes but most of my gains come from stretching.

Simply answer is yes you can gain from PE without devices I’ve gained an inch in length and 1/4 girth from no devices and I’m not very consistent.

Yes, you can, but at a cost to future gains and penis health.

If you can, I think it’s better to start with pumping and light weight hanging and completely skip clamping, jelqing, and manual stretches.

Clamping gives the fastest gains of anything I tried, mainly to girth, but even after a decade my penis is less sensitive, less hard when erect, and more fibrous.

Light pumping at 5 inHg 20 minutes every other day and a light .5 lb. all day hanger are far superior for gains in the long term from my experience. More PE exercise is not necessarily better.

Personally I believe manual is the best way to initiate yourself to PE.
Least chance of doing harm and best learning curve regarding your dick’s reaction to PE.
The Newbie routine isn’t there just to annoy the Newbies :-)

As every dick is very individual (not to say it has his own head…), it is not predictable which technique is the most efficient.
There is a lot of discussion about this topic and you will find confirmation and negation for nearly every approach.

The only way is to find yourself
- what suits your dick
- what suits your goals
- what suits your agenda
- what suits your privacy opportunities.

Me for myself am pretty happy stuck with manual and I only recently introduced myself to some mild pumping.

Manual PE is subjective, a jelq to one man could be a completely different jelq to another, for example.

That being said, I believe manual PE is great. It’s been proven efficient, and I believe results really can depend on how the person uses his hands. Besides the fact as well that every penis responds differently.

But if you take your time, get to know your unit (limits, sweets spots, frequency levels etc..) then manual PE can be very efficient. All my gains have came from manual PE.
