Possible ligament injury advice needed

Hello all. First time posting. Looking for guidance from experienced members as my ligaments hurt daily on left and right side where they attach by pubic bone and I think I need to give them time to heal before I come back to PE again and do it right this time. Background; my journey through PE has been a sporadic one thus far starting back in 2009 with an extender device and jelqing. Had an initial half inch gain in length and saw the light. To make a long story short I randomly picked PE back up since then often and put it back down. Used a bath mate hydropumpx40 for the next few years did some random stretching and eventually decided to start ADS type stuff about 9 months to a year ago by hanging heavy metal ball bearings from my dick. Started with around 300grams of weight(10.7ozs) for a few hours (2-7) and sometimes went down to 200grams(7ozs) and between at times. I did this at my job and at multiple points I think I may have minorly strained the ligaments because I ended up having to go down in weight due to pain and easier fatigue. This didn’t come for some time I hung heavier and it felt good for months. But didn’t ever stay consistent as I would do it for a month and then not for a month and so forth. Recently decided to try hanging again and was using 150-180 grams in weight and although penis is not stretched to full stretched length it did sometimes cause slight discomfort after hanging and seemed to feel tired faster. My ligaments now hurt at the base by my penis most days (kind of an ache and at times sharper) and seem to feel better at times when it does hurt if I give it a slight stretch different directions for a few seconds.
Anyways.. I am thinking of taking a month or 2 off and seeing how they feel as I want to do things right by starting JPS 90 day newbie routine for conditioning and then focus on length work with stretches and possibly through ADS and light hanging eventually. Because of the fact that the discomfort can sometimes be relieved with a gentle stretch and all this ”healing in an extended state” talk I have heard about I was wondering if someone could shed some light and answer a couple of questions for me:

1. Should I use a wrap or home made silicone or clothe sleeve(which I already have) to keep my penis slightly extended so that it can heal while a bit of tension is on it? Or will I just be prolonging my healing time and I will need to leave it alone and let my ligaments heal without messing with it. Should I give it a certain amount of time healing by itself and then start the light stretch via wrap etc? How long might this take to heal? If I don’t keep it somewhat stretched out sometimes am I facing tougher tighter possibly even shorter ligaments in the future? Need serious advice on if I should be healing in an extended state or not. Doing manual penis stretches seems counterproductive and uncomfortable right now to healing process

2. If it is so serious that I need to leave it alone and let it heal unstretched do I need to abstain from sex, masturbation, edging things of the erection and lig stretching nature? I don’t want to overdue it and make my healing time longer.

Thanks so much for the guidance I look forward to hearing advice

Trying to keep it stretched all the time with a wrap or ADS of any type will prolong healing time. Try icing it a couple of times a day for a week, max. 10 minutes a time (don’t freeze your testicles!) in case their is any active inflammation. Just leave it unstretched - basically treat it the same as someone who doesn’t do PE - have sex, masturbate, edge, just don’t do anything that stretches your penis.

It’s impossible to say how long it may take as only you can feel how quickly it is responding, but I think 6 weeks should be long enough before starting a light routine and building it up slowly.

Ugh I was afraid you might say that. K thanks. Any supplements or foods anything that can speed up recovery? Ex: l-arginine for increased circulation

As long as you are not deficient in anything, supplementation probably won’t help. Even if some things did (like increasing Vit C and D) it would only make a marginal difference, say knock a couple of days a month maximum off recovery time. There are no magic bullets.
