Pump advice for a newbie

Hi all,

I’ve seen a Paloqueth brand electrical one on Amazon which is around $40, and a basic Leluv on eBay for just $11(Clear Hose T-Grip with 3 Sizes Cylinder Seals)

I’d love to hear your thoughts on these?

Best,

Best,

Sorry I cannot be of any help exactly with those products, but when pumping my experience came from the Bathmate. If your eye comes across it, keep it going past :)

Bad experience?

Didn’t work?

Just not worth it at all.

Although I got not real injuries to speak of, I got nothing positive out of it. I used it for around 6 months in total in varying dedicated ways. At one point it was in a pumped state pretty much 24/7 as I would do 3 sets of 30 minutes in it, 3x per day. 1st set would consist of gently and slowly increasing my depth in the tube to maximum over 10 minutes, the 2nd I would slowly increase my depth to maximum for the first 5 minutes and leave it on maximum for the remaining 5 minutes and the last set I would take it to maximum quickly and leave it on high for around 10 minutes. This gave me a very nice temp flaccid. I did this at around 8am before work, 6pm when I returned and again around midnight before bed. I supplemented with some mild stretches and jelqs as well - all while under a heated shower.

The only thing i got from it was some red dots (which were gone completely in 2 days) on the shaft at first from using water that was not hot enough and not warming up well enough - something I quickly learned to change - and a horrible amount of purple discoloration of my shaft that occurred slowly and over time. It has taken around 6 further months for that to decrease a substantial amount, but I think I was lucky as I know of some people who have been unable to have theirs fade and have resorted to chemicals which has it’s own risks.

Hope this helps,

L-Z

Best,

Please make it easier for everyone and provide a link to what you are talking about.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hey Larry !

Welcome to Thunders!

A conditioned dick usually responds better to Pumping than an unconditioned dick

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Wow, that’s a ton of pump time! I utilize a bath mate in my routine but the max amount of time is twenty minutes in five minute intervals between jelqs.

Yep, I started at a quarter of that and built it up over time. Like I said nothing good came of it so my recommendation is to just not bother with it, but of course you can feel free to try and get something out of it

The most important tool you can have, regarding pumping, is a gauge.

You really can’t feel what a safe pressure is and it’s quite a bit less than what you’d think. You’ll see most guys recommend that you pump somewhere between “3-5 inches” for 15 minutes, as a beginner.

As a generalization, you shouldn’t pump higher than your mean arterial pressure [MAP]. Calculating what your blood pressure is using a formula isn’t necessary. Right off the cuff, I can tell you that a “normal” MAP is between 70-100mmHg.

So as a newcomer, it’s probably prudent to not pump higher than 100mmHg; or as we say in the US, where we resist the metric system at all costs, 3.9 inches of mercury.

If you start off pumping with a gauge, keeping the pressure in that 3-5 range, for 10 minutes and then working your way up to a full half hour per session, you’ll safely get a feel for what’s right as you go.

I completely agree with the majority of this, except the beginning of the second paragraph. As I said I used the BM, and have pumped it to the absolute maximum, really digging it in hard and as close as possible to the pubic bone. This was pretty early on in pumping when experimenting - I certainly would not recommend it - however I got not real injuries just a whole load of discomfort while it was on at that pressure and a some pain in the basal foreskin where it had pinched for the duration I had it on (generally 5 - 19 minutes). That said, I think you can feel where it becomes a little dangerous pressure-wise as there are apparent warning-signs. Tis is from my own personal experience and may not eb a majority rule though.
Furthermore, it is not the same as clamping where the pressure is internal and strong, or a Uli where it is internal, strong and fluctuates (potentually more dangerous).

Thanks a lot everyone for all the advice.

I bought this product:

https://www.ama … /dp/B078GKG8QC/

Seems to be a simple product but at least it has a gauge.

I hope I don’t break anything:)

Best,

Well, that pump should last a month or two before it craps out, but should give you an idea if you like pumping enough to upgrade to a more professional system in the $90 range.

Thanks gprent,

I was checking vacuum pumping 101 where it says Week 1: One 10 minute session per day.
The session is 10 minutes but does this mean I will insert the unit, pump up to 3-4 hg and then wait for 10 minutes? Or will I pump it, wait for a bit, release the pressure and then restart? If the second option, how long should I wait in that pumped up state before releasing the pressure and restart the process?
Thanks.

Another question I have is,
I’ve been reading on the forum that it is better to start with a custom tube depending on penis size. Is avoiding the testicles from getting sucked in the only reason for this?

The basic pump I’ve recently bought is a standard one with a tube which is bigger than what I need. But it has a soft sleeve fitted to the bottom of the tube so I can insert the penis through this sleeve. This makes it highly unlikely for the testicles to be sucked into the tube. So, what other advantages does a right-size tube has over a standard one with a sleeve at the bottom?

Best,

A properly sized tube prevents edema. As you will attempt to expand to fill an oversize space. A proper size tube will help your expansion be less fluid buildup.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.
