Hello gainers!

I’m now doing PE for 4 weeks, and I’m excited about the gains are coming up! I’ve gained 0.3 inches in length (now 7.6 BPEL). My girth is still 6 meg, but my goal is a 8.3 x 6.5 dong.
As a test, I’m pumping sometimes after jelqing to gain the extra temporary 0.5 in girth, but it reduces in 2 days to the original 6 inches size. Anyway, I’m focusing primarily in length.

Is that ok to do that or is there any negative outcome in length gains pumping after jelqing?


Start (07/2018): 7.3" BPEL x 6" MSEG

Now (08/2018): 7.7" BPEL x 6" MSEG

Goal: 8.5" BPEL x 6.5" MSEG

Pumping after jelquing is fine as long as you aren’t overtraining.

That being said, newbies should avoid pumps and all PE devices until they have done at least 3 months of a hands only routine.

- too easy for newbies to injure themselves with devices. Hands only newbie routine helps you learn about your penis and it’s limits .

- it is best to get all the gains you can from hands only. Then when you stop growing, add a device.

Safe to say that you can get to your length goals just by stretching and jelqing, unless you’re a trully hard length gainer, condition that only time will tell us that.

Since you’re fresh to the sport, the ideal option would be to stay away from pumping, but can’t see a harm on it if you stay on the recommended side of it.

Lenny, how much time did you take to gain the 1 inch in length? How to know if the gain is cemented already?

I’ve been doing PE for almost four years, but grew in spurs, wasn’t a constant situation.

A deconditioning break will tell us if gains are there for the longer run. I’ve took two of those, each one lasting two months: lost nothing.

Keep in mind that Pumping is primarily a girth gaining exercise. Accordingly, pumping will help you reach your girth goals.
