question about lengthening surgery

To get results after lig cutting you’ll need to use a traction/hanging program to gain (or at least to prevent shrinkage). Why not try doing a similar program without the cutting?

I already had my consult and I was told that I would not be under general anesthesia, but rather local with sedation. Are there any side effects to this surgery. The reason I am considering it is because it seems like it would give me faster gains. The physician said that he would be in no way close to my glans and I shouldn’t lose any sexual desire. The incision is only about an inch and a half in my pubic area and to me it seems that no part of my external penis will be affected. Am I right in my considerations. I heard that my erection angle may change but its only a small change. Is this correct. Any help would be appreciated but overall in my opinion, the lengthening surgery does not seem as severe or taboo as many people make it out to be. Thanks for your help.

Are you going to be one of those guys that gets surgery and never post again because he’s ashamed he paid all that money and didn’t get any gains?

Just yank on your dick, it’s pretty fucking simple.

Joey, GOOD fucking post man.

To the thread starter. Here is the best way I can put this without having an opinion, in fact I am even slightly on your side until I keep hearing how more people regret it than like the results.

You HAVE to hang and wear stretchers after. Okay, see the problem here? Why not do those FIRST? I have, and I started at 6.25. Now I am 8”! That’s bone pressed of course and it took about 1 year. But who cares? I have about 65 more years to live and use it.

I believe having the ligs cut would be beneficial for a few reasons: You’re gains will usually show up faster. The BTC angle is an angle I have had to go up to 24 lbs on to get sore with. Yeah, ouch. With my ligs cut, I bet it would be ten max.

I just want you to know, with the newbie routine alone I gained .5” in both length and girth within 3-4 weeks. My girlfriend even noticed it, a lot. So .5” is probably more than you will gain immediately after the surgery which will also put you out of physical exercise for a month, and down a few grand. Is this all making sense? Doing the techniques here properly will give you better EQ, and a bigger penis.

Don’t get me wrong, those after pictures are impressive. But guess what? They are only about an inch or 1.5” at best, and theres only a few of them posted! Surely he has MANY more people gaining, but obviously not immediately post op or else they would be up. I suppose they should have a post physiotherapy picture section where it states after doing thousands of hours of work, this man did increase his penis by 2 inches.

I read a study done in Brazil I believe. Guy gained 4 inches I believe. It was a world record. He had the surgery and did the traction for many hours stacked with girth work. I hope this helped.

There was an article about cosmetic surgery in a swedish newspaper recently, they took up the issue of penile lengthening. The surgeon interviewed made it damn clear that it was flaccid gains ONLY due to cutting ligs so that the attachment point was lower. The only erect change was the angle. And that this was for men who really had an issue about their flaccid appearance, since it wouldn’t change anything else.

Hi minimee,

I found a list of posters who have had the surgery. Not all are still members here, but I’m sure many still will be, so you should try and pm everyone on the list. Unfortunately I hand wrote this list about a year ago and had trouble reading my own writing, so some of the names could be spelt wrong. You should ask them about the PE they did prior and post surgery, not just what their final results were.

If you search for PirateSteve, you’ll find that he had lenghtening surgery, lost an inch or so due to scarring and spent a year or two to regain that inch.

Hey everyone, thanks so much for all of you care and input in regards to my case. You have definitely given me a new insight into the surgery. I feel that I will first try hanging and stretching consistently for 6 months and then depending on what I gain, I will then make my decision on the surgery. I am not ruling out the surgery, but I feel that 6 hard months of PE will give me a better feel for if the surgery is required or not. Thanks again.

That’s good. Starting from the newbie routine would be even better.

I used Dr Reed in 1999 and lost a full inch in erect measure. I had a lot of hanging after the healing process was far enough along to allow and after a couple of years I got the length back and a little more. This is a total waste of money and is counter productive. I advise you to not do it. Do not do it.

Boy, an inch is a lot to loose.

I had length surgery by Reed in 2000. I may have been one of the lucky ones. I gained about 1/2 inch immediately and another inch from traction related exercises during the next year.

However, I do wish that I had done the exercises first. I may not have had the need for surgery.

Or you would be even bigger now? Do you hang, shortnolonger? I bet that would pull your dick out even further.

Minime: Please just do the newbie routine like Marinera suggested. Look that was made to be the first building block. If you go straight to hanging, I promise you will miss out on gains from the newbie routine.

If you insist to go straight to hanging, start with 2.5 lbs. I cannot stress that hanging is to be utilized once stretching stops working.

Agree.

Shortno, what kind of hanging do you do?
