You do not want aggressive lig cutting and you certainly don’t want to learn about this procedure from a Dr of such limited experience as Krakovsky. The whole point of his website is to sell you the procedure and chose him over other Dr’s. But the guy isn’t a urologist and until about 5 years ago hadn’t done any penis surgery as far as I’m aware.

The reason I suggested Alter is that I’ve never come across a single story of a surgical disaster at the hands of Alter. He’s both a urologist and plastic surgeon and does far more compicated surgery in the world of SRS. Maybe contact the poster baywatch, as he had his surgery with Dr Alter. He can tell you more than me. Also contact Ken and the yahoo surgical enhancemnt group (sorry don’t have the link). I’m pretty sure he’d advocate Alter ahead of anyone else.

Yea, but those are probably all dual or triple augmentation, or guys that don’t exercise properly after the surgery, or maybe even a bad surgeon.

I don’t think I would ever get anything more than 1 surgery at a time, no dual or triple augmentation for me. All the horror stories are dual. Just seems like it would be too traumatic for your rod, to have more than 1 surgery at once. I’m only considering the length surgery.
