Question about routine
I am fairly new to PE only been doing it correctly for a little over a month lol. My current routine is (all manual stretches, I am going for length)
*5 min warm up
*5 min stretch straight down
*10 min straight out
*3 min V’s
My question is twofold first does this seem like a decent routine and second I want to do some jelqing any recommendations as to when to do them, before stretches after or later in the day, like dividing the workout? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
