Quick Newbie Gains - I'm not seeing it.

Is there a reason you have to do your routine at work and can’t do it at home when you wake up or before going to bed? The only thing I can see stopping you would be a significant other, but if that’s the case you may want to try telling them what you plan to be doing and try to get their support rather than do a “ineffective” routine. Not saying there’s anything wrong with it, just that being at work sounds like it’d be really rushed and awkward to me.

I also perform PE at work and i heat using TheraBeads pad. You put it in the microwave and after its ready you can put it in your underwear to heat the unit.

adros beat me to it, but I was going to suggest a small rice sock or heating pad that you can microwave and shove in your shorts for a few minutes before hitting the mens room.

I also think 3 months is too soon to start clamping. 4-5 months, OK - but not three. I did manual/hand clamping starting at around month 3 and I think that would be much safer for you. You should also look up horse440 squeezes which I found helpful and felt great - but again, not until month 4 since they are also high risk.

Even though I waited to start advanced exercises, I ended up injuring myself slightly around month 6 from clamping too long and too frequently using a cock ring. Very sore base on one side for several months. I had to stop PE and cut way down on masturbation to heal finally.

I work a full-time 8-5 job, with a mandatory hour for lunch which I never use all of. So I feel like if I’m forced to stay here longer than is really needed, I should milk every bit of that lunch time and do as many things as I can. I’ve got a 2-year long laundry list of things to do that can NOT be done at the office, so I always try to do as much stuff at the office as I can.

If there was a form of PE where I could “set it and forget it”, I’d do that at home, since I can multitask. But jelqing and stretching requires constant attention, so I take advantage of the restrooms at work to do the task.

Stay thirsty

An extender is “set it and forget it” PE. I do not know how easy they are to conceal, but there is at least one legit study from the University of Turin to show they improve flaccid length when worn for 4 hours a day. I assume flaccid gains translate to erect gains; however, no girth gains were seen in study.

Hmm, interesting.. Maybe I should research that too. It wouldn’t hurt to have some extra flaccid length. :)

Although, ultimately, girth is what I want.

Shonen, studies show 5.1 to be on the upper end of average girth, so you definitely not skinny. I am between 4.25-4.5 MEG, now that is skinny.

1.) I guess I spent too much time looking in the clamping forums - where a lot of the people there have STARTING girths bigger than me.

2.) I might think my penis looks skinny because I myself am overweight. I think having a thicker dick would fit my proportions better.

3.) When I was a kid, I remember peeking in my dad’s and older brother’s room, and they seemed very thick. Thicker than I am now. I know everything seems bigger when you’re a kid, but if that were true in this case, I would have thought they seemed really long too, right?

No - no continuous pumping needed.

if you get a good airtight seal between the base of your penis and the cylinder, the vacuum stays at more or less the same pressure you originally pumped up to. You can then disconnect the pump if you want to and wash your dishes.

You may have to “refresh” the pressure now and again if say the cylinder slipped somehow - just connect the pump again and it will show you what pressure you are at.

When I read I keep the pump attached. When I wash dishes I disconnect the pump.

But depending on my mood, I may just sit around and watch porno rather than something productive.
