I am going to start PE again, after a very long period without it. So, the thing is, to give me the energy to keep going, I wonder if anyone have had a routine with maybe 5 min a day, and have got gains from it?

Any idea is welcome!


Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

I’m sure it’s possible. If you PE’d before did you gain on such a small routine? If you didn’t I doubt you will now.

My newbie routine was about 90 jelqs, I think I ramped up to 150. I gained with it.

THansk! Yeah, about the half of the gains was from a that short routine. But I’ve lost almost all gains :O

My crack-pot theory is that edging helps cement gains. And also helps you keep gains if you aren’t actively PEing.

So on my newbie I did 30 mins of edging on non-PE days.

I have got a very simple suggestion routine for you, it can be done in every toilets break you Will have. I only used it when I go for holiday

Anyway..

Once you wake- dry jelq 2min
After shower AM: dry jelq 2min + stretching 2min

Afternoon.toilet/break - stretching 2min

Evening shower- wet jelq 2min+ stretching 2min

Before bed toilet/break -dry jelq 2min and stretching 2min

Add also kegels in between your workout

It is more than 5min but is very easy to stick with

When my exams are too much I use a routine that has a few short 5 min segments. I am sure you can find the time in your day.

I do about 5 min of stretching in the shower.
I do about 2 sets of 5 min of dry jelqs. I don’t warm up for these but I do them at low erection levels about 50 to 40 percent to prevent damage. The good thing about it is that you can even do it in a stall at a public washroom. I do it in the library all the time when I am prepping for finals.

If it’s not too late (4 years now), can you explain your theory? I guess the point is to stay erect as long and as often as you can to keep a large room for blood flow, right?
