Should I Lose Weight Before I Try?

My goal is purely for girth, length is just a bonus. I’m 29yo 6’2 400lbs. When I was 18 I measured 7.3x4.75. Now sitting at 6.9x4.25. I’m on a multitude of blood pressure meds you name it and already have low a libido as it is. Took me 1 year to finally get my libido back by building muscle and yoyoing a bad diet. Not enough to my old results with all of the fat. Like my mentioned goal, my dick doesn’t even reach its full capacity as it is from being obese (just did my first assisted pull up yesterday, so trust me I’m working on it). But I’m curious, should I even bother being on here as a newbie if I don’t even have control of my dick to begin with? I genuinely just want 5inches of girth that’s all as my length has never been a problem. Just tired of having a pencil dick. Thank you for any advice. Also, although I can search for it. Can anyone lead me to the best method of girth gaining once I’m ready for it? Thanks

Buddy, great job on starting the journey to losing weight, it’s going to be a long journey and I know you can do it. Sounds like you have about 200 pounds to drop. I can’t wait to hear about your weight loss progress. I would say really focus on your diet. Healthy eating can be really delicious and when it becomes a habit you will enjoy it. And cut out alcohol as much as possible. I’m not going suggest you stop completely, because what is life if you can’t enjoy it a little bit. I’m sure you have a professional guiding you too. As far as your dick I don’t see what the harm would be in trying a bit of the exercises on here, but my main focus would be dropping the weight.

FYI I’m not expert, just my 2 cents.

Are you measuring bone pressed or non bone pressed?

You can loose weight and start a PE program in parallel. You do need to have accurate bpel measurments to accurately track length gains. The newbie routine is the recommended starting point regardless if focus is on one aspect or the other. An important component of the newbie routine is conditioning the penis to PE activities which will ease the transition to other methods of PE.

I stopped drinking heavy around 25, a glass of 1942 don julio or classe azul once a month maybe, but it’s the food I have a problem with. Been up and down in weight all of my life. Averaged 310lbs in high school, I’ve already learned what to do sort of speak after many dances. I’m just finally applying what I actually know, I want to enter my 30s and the rest of my remaining life fit as fuck to make up for my 20s. (Sales is a hella of a drug, when you can order every appetizer on the menu just cause you can lmao) Thanks for the advice!

I’m measuring from the bone, as far as I can get past the fat pad visibly hiding my inches. That means from the top and under my penis. I’ll learn BPEL measurements then, thank you. Understood then, it’s the basis for everything else I choose to move forward with then. Gotchu. Thanks for the advice.

Edit1: In laments terms, I have pretty bad ED. Even now as functional as I can be. My dick doesn’t hold a charge well and the blood doesn’t like visiting my dick as much anymore. So I don’t jerk off anymore and instead wait for the urge to build up enough libido to have sex. Even if I had enough libido, any adjustments in between sex will make me loosen my erection pretty quickly. So I mostly fuck standing up where I have the most control of it and then it’s off to the races before I lose it and ruin the night.

Are you working with a weight doctor for your weight loss? Have you had any blood work done? Testosterone level is something you need to understand when discussing ED.

Absolutely start. As a person who has struggled with weight since i was a child and still does, PE has helped me through it. Also pe helps me stay in the mindset of healthier habits. I’ve quit smoking, only occasionally drink and while I’m not where i want to be weight wise i am very slowly getting there. I realized it was when i stopped pe last time that my weight came roaring back.

Haven’t gotten my T checked, I’ll definitely look into it. Blood work is fine and yes I have plans from nutritionists. Honestly even being heavy didn’t effect it before, but something clearly happened after 25 cause I could feel the decline. Although I’m building muscle pretty nicely, newbie gains of course.

Thanks man! I don’t smoke but the devil’s lettuce couple times a month, but I vape it not actual plant. Gets me buzzed and ready for sleep when I have trouble. Certainly I’m working on it, I’ve gained quite a bit of muscle cause I wanted to at least for the shit food to use. Now I’m doing much better even if it’s up and down. It’s all about over eating for me, all mental but I’m confident in what I’m doing.

You have a long road ahead, sneksnek, but you can do it. As you already know, weed can’t help with the weight loss plan. But maybe as you lose more weight, you can substitute other activities to help relieve stress. Best wishes.

Have you looked into the carnivore diet? You can eat as much as you want and still lose weight effortlessly, you avoid carbohydrates and your body eventually goes into ketosis so you will get most of your energy from your fat stores and the fatty meat you eat.
It might also cure any health ailments you might have, meat is very rich nutritionally therefore you can thrive on it alone so you’ll be able to eliminate certain foods that you might be allergic to, dairy and eggs are included in the carnivore diet but it might be worth eliminating them for a few weeks just to find out. You might see certain autoimmune issues like joint pain disappear.but If not, then they are safe for you to eat.
You will also be consuming lots of animal sourced, bio-available connective tissue, collagen, amino acids, etc. which iare the kind of nutrients you need to grow your cock. Your testosterone will probably increase too, giving you stronger erections. If you eat a lot of inflammatory food, that will slow down any PE gains, so it would be best to eliminate them. Meat such as beef is quite anti-inflammatory, bone broth will heal your gut lining and also provide a load of essential nutrients.

The down sides: less choice, no vegetables, no fruit, no bread, pasta, rice, no sugary food, no desserts, no beer (spirits are OK in small, rare doses) Socialising might be awkward, can be expensive…

You soon get used to the limitations though and don’t have to do calculations every meal like with the ketogenic diet. You can eat a huge plate of sausages, bacon and egg and still lose weight. Cholesterol will be high but that is OK so long as you don’t consume too much sugar with it. Exercises like walking will be more than enough exertion to burn fat quickly.

Cock’s look so much bigger when you are slim, it’s definitely worth the effort.

There are help groups on Facebook where you can learn all about this way of eating, search for “zeroing in on health” ,Look for Shawn Baker MD on Youtube

It’s the same way for me man. Don’t beat yourself up if you fall off. Just focus on getting back on. Things happen, we all give in to our temptations

My friend, besides starting PE, I absolutely advise you to take over your health. You are very young, and you can reverse everything completely. You can absolutely radically transform your body and most importantly, your health. Your first priority is to work your way out of dangerous drugs for BP. They are not needed once you address the underlying condition causing your BP problems.

Our country has one of the most horrendous nutritional habits in the planet. It is not your fault, it is not your family fault, it is the way our system has been shaped over the years creating a food supply that caters to please the tongue in a cheap fast way to bring back as much revenue as possible with a medical market that profit on the side effects created by this despicable nutrition.

Which is a huge plus, if you’ve spent any time trying to juggle carbs, net carbs, etc. for keto. Meal planning can become a bag of snakes quickly. And not all of the sources agree on how many grams of carbohydrates are in various foods.

Downside, carnivore is expensive by “cook it yourself” standards. If you mostly eat out, you’d probably save money.

Hi seksnek

My English is very Bad, so i try to be concise.
I’m losing weight to start with PE, i use to 282 pounds and now I’m’ 220 pounds around.

My goal is 200 pounds. Is a thing of discipline to me before Star PE.

My EQ is too much better and now i have morning woods, before practically no exist morning wood.

You can search “Bebida saludable” of Gavilán moderator. This drink is helping me to have high level erections and libido.

No need to go that extreme. You just learn what veggies are low in carbs and eat those in addition to meat.
You’ll be much happier than if you JUST eat meat…

The real trick tho, is to combine a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting.
That one-two punch helped me lose 80lb in a year while actually gaining muscle.

The trifecta is:
1. Ketogenic diet to get you burning fat as energy

2. Intermittent fasting to provide a time period every day when you have exhausted food energy and glycogen, and have to dip into your fat reserves

3. Fasted exercise increases testosterone and human growth hormone which gives you a bigger bang for your exercise buck and helps you retain/make muscle while in a calorie deficit.
