Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Some important questions before getting started.

Some important questions before getting started.

I have a pretty small penis. A little over 4 inches hard with proportionate girth. So I have really strong incentive to improve my size. Here are my questions and concerns:

1. If done safely and intelligently, what are the chances I do irreversible harm to my penis? Either loss of feeling, trouble getting hard, or a permanent pain injury.
2. Is it really hard to make gains in the girth category? And are those girth gains mostly just at the base? If so, does it make your penis look weird?
3. Do your gains go away if you stop working it? Do you go all the way back? How long does it take to start getting smaller?
4. It seems like so many of the posters are people with penises that are already average or above average. Are there any other small penis guys out here and are these exercises just as effective for us?

It may be hard to understand the pain I go through thinking I can never satisfy a woman with my penis. My biggest desire is to make a girl moan and love it, and I would work really hard researching and staying consistent if this was something that can really help me. If you could take the time to answer some of my questions it would mean a lot to me. Please excuse me if this is the wrong place to be posting this.

After I wrote this I realized that I measured my penis to where the base hits the pubic area. I don’t believe I measured BPEL. So maybe I’m a little bigger than 4.25 BPEL. Hopefully closer to 5.

03/2018: BPEL 5", MEG 4.4375". 05/2020: BPEL 6.1875", MEG 4.4375".

11/2020: BPEL 6.4375", MEG 4.5".

Short term goal: BPEL 6.5", MEG 4.75". Long term goal: BPEL 7", MEG 5".

First off just because a woman isn’t moaning and screaming during sex, doesn’t mean she’s not enjoying it. Many women are subtle and don’t express great rejoice in getting pounded, though they are still loving it. Having a bigger penis isn’t going to change this. If you have a vocal woman, then she’s going to exhibit the moans and screams. If you don’t, you’re in the same boat. Satisfying a woman is not only how you use your penis but can be in what else you do. There are many erogenous zones that can be more sensitive and will drive a woman to be more uninhibited than just having your penis thrusting into her vagina.

1. If done safely and intelligently, what are the chances I do irreversible harm to my penis? Either loss of feeling, trouble getting hard, or a permanent pain injury.
Follow the rules of the newbie routine and you should be fine. If at any point you feel pain, stop. Irreversible damage isn’t common, but if you do mind your PIs, then you can surely risk it.
2. Is it really hard to make gains in the girth category? And are those girth gains mostly just at the base? If so, does it make your penis look weird?
I’m finding girth to be harder than length to gain. But PE is something that takes time and if your willing to put that time in and do the routines specifically for girth gains, they will come. Everyone’s penis is different and will react differently to the routines, so it’s hard to say what the results of what it will look like are for any individual man.
3. Do your gains go away if you stop working it? Do you go all the way back? How long does it take to start getting smaller?
You should always keep up on maintenance as with any other type of exercise.
4. It seems like so many of the posters are people with penises that are already average or above average. Are there any other small penis guys out here and are these exercises just as effective for us?
Yes, there are some. PE takes commitment and consistency. If you put the time in, you’ll experience gains. Research the site more as you’re on the newbie routine. You’ll be amazed in all the information that’s here.

Best wishes on accomplishing your goals and enjoy this great journey you are about to undertake.

Thanks so much for your reply! I’ve still got to get used to looking at albums of other guys’ dicks but do you have links to any before and afters from some of the people in this forum. Ones that noticeably stood out to you?

I’m definitely concerned with both length and girth. I’m going to keep doing a lot of research and I’m sure end up at the newbie routine. I hope it helps both. I would freaking kill to be average. Thanks again for the kind words. I’d still love to hear other peoples’ opinions and answers to my questions.

P.S. I’ve been on a pretty big dry spell and I’ve lost a lot of my bedroom confidence. If you have any online resources for improving my ability to please a woman, please don’t be shy! Appreciate.

Hey Adgj !

Welcome to Thunders.

I started with 4.5” non bone pressed erect length and 4.4” erect girth. I have been at it for a number of years and have gained about an inch in both catagories

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Thank you for stressing safety because it can be so easy for a newbie to jump right in and overdo it with too much pressure. I will totally keep that in mind. If you or anyone else has any more tips that would have helped you when you first started, feel free to share! :) This community seems like an extremely friendly one that I will really enjoy.
