Start clamping
I everybody,I’ve been doing PE for 12 weeks working gradually harder and longer.I feel good and my EQ are Ok.I’ve already gained 1/2 inch lenth and 1/5 inch girth in erection.Today I started clamping.3 sets of 10 minutes(with wet jelq in the minutes off) 20 minutes of streatching at the biginning.At the end of the work I made 100 wet jelq very slowly.I’m quite satisfied but I want more without any injury.Work in progress.
