Started a newbie routine.

Sort of.

Due to not having privacy I can’t do what is fully expected. I am however doing the jelqs required. I don’t stretch.

With that said, what would be the most crucial part of the workout? The stretches or the jelqs?

Also is it alright if I kegel and jelq at the same time? I do this so that I don’t have to spend more time kegeling later.

I haven’t noticed any gains (been doing this 1 week) but I am waking up with morning wood everyday and getting stronger erections. I suppose this is a good sign?

Jelqs are more important. I have only need jelqing in my routine for some time now and have gained. Why not kegel while on your computer chair or just sitting down watching tv? Yes, those are good signs.

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Thanks for the input

I’m looking foward to a bigger penis :)

Good luck dude :-)

Seems like I have read about many people getting gains from just jelqing, and I am one of them.

If there is any way at all, I highly recommend the warm up, (heat).

I have gained over 1/2 inch in 2 months with just jelqs with a warm up.

The third most important part of the routine, in my opinion, is the days off.

Sept. 4, '07: BPEL 6.875 inches, EG widest 5.25

Goal: Double digits
