I’m going to start on my regime today. I currently have about 6 inches and 5-5.5 around. I’m hoping to get 7-8 inches in length and 6 in girth.

I’m going to use this regime:

Total Penis Solution Workouts

Exercises

Beginner

1. Warm Up 3 minutes
2. Power Stretch 5 minutes
3. Ultimate Jelq 5 minutes
4. V Stretch 5 minutes
5. Jelq and Hold 4 minutes
6. Warm Down 3 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

I’m 18 would that make gains quicker? Is my regime OK? Any advice you can give?

I would advise this routine START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info not the one you’re planning on.

NOTHING (except commitment and consistency) will make gains quicker, so its best to drop that notion as soon as you can ;)

Your routine seems rather elaborate, and planned for a first time routine. Any reason to why you chose those exercises in that order for that amount of time? The reason why I am asking is because I began PE jelqing and doing basic stretches, but I could never grasp down a good stretch until several weeks later of playing around with different stretch methods. My advice for you would be to try different stretches and focus on which stretch feels the best to you, and stick with that in addition to building up a solid jelq routine for the first few months. But to each is their own… good luck :)

Haha, sorry I was more comparing it to my other schedule. I’m probably going to be pulling some stupid questions for first 2 weeks I just don’t anything to go downhill, I’m still nervous about this but I decided to take the plunge.

Newbie routine. Definitely. Don’t do more than recommended for the first three months. Many members have used this routine successfully, (me included) and it has been refined over time for this purpose. It will help keep you from injury, and will give you time to learn more before jumping into the deep end of the pool.

Spankey, I’m not trying to scare you, I just feel the need to prepare newbies so that they can get a successful and healthy start. I had the same support a couple months ago, and would like to pass it on.

My philosophy: I only have one dick, so I have to take care of it. It won’t do me (or my wife) any good if I break it. Also, (and just as important): Think marathon, not sprint. It will take a while to get there, but the results will pay off. (I borrowed the marathon analogy from someone else on here, I can’t remember who, but I would like to give them credit for my inspiration).
