Starting today or tomorrow
I’m going to start on my regime today. I currently have about 6 inches and 5-5.5 around. I’m hoping to get 7-8 inches in length and 6 in girth.
I’m going to use this regime:

Exercises
Beginner
1. Warm Up 3 minutes
2. Power Stretch 5 minutes
3. Ultimate Jelq 5 minutes
4. V Stretch 5 minutes
5. Jelq and Hold 4 minutes
6. Warm Down 3 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes
I’m 18 would that make gains quicker? Is my regime OK? Any advice you can give?
