Straight To Hanging
Hi I am about to start PE and since I am also on a no fap steak - I don’t masturbate or stimulate my penis for a period - I would like to avoid jelquing for the next 3 months. But still I would like to gain lenght, especially from the lig, since I feel I have a big penis trapped by a short ligament.
My question is can I go straight to the bib’s hanger? - I did the newbee routine once a year ago - or its better if before I make the newbee routine without jelquing for a month or two (only stretxhing and kegels)?
I think that if I go straight to hanging with caution it may be good as well. Light weights and few sessions to start.
