Hi I am about to start PE and since I am also on a no fap steak - I don’t masturbate or stimulate my penis for a period - I would like to avoid jelquing for the next 3 months. But still I would like to gain lenght, especially from the lig, since I feel I have a big penis trapped by a short ligament.

My question is can I go straight to the bib’s hanger? - I did the newbee routine once a year ago - or its better if before I make the newbee routine without jelquing for a month or two (only stretxhing and kegels)?
I think that if I go straight to hanging with caution it may be good as well. Light weights and few sessions to start.

Otherwise I bet the newbee routine without jelquing can be an option.

By the way I am willing to make a very light jelq to restore blood’s circulation, without achieving an erection between the hanging/stretching series.

Hi nik19,

I recommend waiting until you can masturbate again to do PE. It doesn’t matter what you tell us. The Newbie Routine is most effective when done in its entirety. If you can’t do it right now then wait until you can.

You want the best chance for gains you can get. Do not set limits then expect results.

I thought there were big gainers out there which did moslty stretching and hanging only? So I just wanted to implement jelquing later

There are. But they put themselves at a disadvantage at that time. You don’t pick what makes you gain or how long it works. You try the things that generally work until they don’t.

Because, say you modify the Newbie Routine and hang now. You now are missing a very easy tool to use and are using one of the most easy to screw up devices in all of PE and you have no experience.

You can’t do what others have done. Not without their levels of experience. Your penis is going to be completely different than theirs. As is what happens.

I would recommend waiting because you give yourself a better chance but you can do as you like. I’ve tried imitating others in my beginning phases. It did not go well for me. Maybe it will go well for you.
