Stretching Injury
Hey I know this is in the wrong place but I can’t post on the injury forum yet since my account is new. About a week I was doing some intense manual stretches and felt sharp pain at the base of my member. I pumped the two days after with a little discomfort/pain, which was stupid of me I just really wanted to continue my PE. I can still get an erection fine and everything like that but there is a dull pain where I felt the sharp pain sometimes during the day. I don’t think it’s a bad injury and I’m sure it will heal fine but are there any tips to speed up the healing process? I want me PE back! Thank you!
