Temporary gains possible theory

Last week thought if there was any relation between temporary gains and the exercise/routine that I was doing.
So I started taking measurements right after an exercise. For now I only do a basic routine of stretching and jelqing.
Well I notice that if I warmup (10min edging) and measure there is a 6.7in NBPEL and 5.5 EG, after stretching (15min) there is the same measure (6.7in NBPEL and 5.5 EG) but after jelqing (11min) the measure went up for 6.8IN NBPEL and 5.7in EG, and it is maintain after warm down (10min edging).
There is an increase of 0.1in on Erect Length and 0.2in on Erect Girth. (Have to measure flaccid length and girth for analysis).
My possible theory is that if there is any development of temporary gains, the exercise has productive, it deformed positively the penis tissues, so I am implementing a good amount off tension, time and good technique, with this I have a positive “performance factor”.
But this wouldn’t be a good “factor of performance” for pumping, because it applies vacuum in the area of penis creating expansion of skin (mostly) instead of expanding tunica. Exercises like Extending, Stretching, Jelqing, Hanging, Clamping and derivatives I think that it is applied.
