Third Month with Newbie Routine

Hello people !

It’s been 3 months since I found that incredible website and I’ve been doing the newbie routine since then.

7mins warm up
10 - 15 mins warm up
15 - 20 mins jelqing

1 DAY ON, 1 DAY OFF

Yet I could only gain 0.4 inch in length and maybe 0.2 in girth.

Do you think should I continue with Newbie Routine couple more months ? Because I’ve heard those newbie gains are pretty important ?
Or would you suggest if I try a little more advanced routines ? I’m feeling my dick is ready but I wanted to ask your opinion first.

Can’t tell for the others but I’ve been doing much more ever since I started.. Streches and clamps have been part of my routine but I haven’t measure in the part 2 months so I can’t really tell the difference in terme of measurements

There’s nothing wrong with your gains. What were you expecting?

The conservative approach is to continue doing what works until gains are exhausted. Then, consider options for upping the level of your workouts, either in time, intensity, or both. Look at options for different stretches to incorporate into that part of your routine. Maybe try a firmer grip when jelqing (with caution). Try 2-on or 3-on, 1-off. Lots of possibilities to consider.

nearly a half inch in length is pretty nice if you ask me, and close to a quarter of an inch in girth. It’s a process.

Those are HUGE gains brother! Imagine where you will be if you are able to get the same gains from another 3 months of PE.

What is your goal? Are you wanting length and girth both?

What are you doing for your warm up?

May be stretching?

Congratulations on the gains. Those are huge gains for only 3 months, imagine where you’ll be in one or two years.

I concur, those are great gains! I’d say just keep going like that, right? Since its working very good.

Thank you bluray, you’re right. I’m a patient guy, so I don’t care how long it takes to achieve my goals, as long as I do in a right and most efficient way.
My main goal is actually girth, last night I’ve read that it might be more useful if I stop stretching and increase my time with jelqing in the Newbie Routine. So I’ll be doing it from now on. Would you agree on something like that ?
I’m 7 inch erect so I’m not in a rush to get longer, but I’m really thin and I really want some girth !
For my warm up, just a hot cloth.. I don’t have any other chance since I have people in my house so a rice sock is out of question :D

And yea 8incyclops I’m on a newbie routine; I meant stretching as 10-15 mins warm up sorry
But I’ll stop doing stretching now and just focus on jelqing for more effective girth gains!

I feel ya, man - I’ve got several roommates and thought it would be weird. Rice socks are where it’s at though, and when anybody asks I just tell them that I’m using it on my lower back. Back aches happen to all of us, right?

Dude, half an inch in 3 months is great! If I gain at that rate I will be at my goal length in less than a year. Big congrats.

Thanks, I read something about Dorsal Thickening/Septum last day. Fast gains might be because of that imo.
