I’m not a professional pumper, but what I can tell on this subject is that many experienced pumpers think that packing a cylinder is only good for your ego, others think it is good for gains.

Well it seems that the subject is related to this thread (Dynamic Stretching if you will, instead of Static) so I guess I will let you decide what (if anything) should be done. Thanks

I have tried it quickly, and for the first time I have packed a 9.3” cylinder. However I have got too much lymph (too high pressure) to be able to compare with my biggest length in static mode. I have to try it again later with an elastic under the head to avoid this.

I have done a session of 1 hour (20 minutes with max pressure at 15 in.HG; 20 minutes with max at 17,5 in.HG, 10 min with max at 20 in.HG, then I had to decrease to 15 in.HG otherwise I was sucking my penis into the pumping pipe!).

Thanks— interesting post. We have house guests for the weekend, but when I regain some privacy I’ll try this with the AFB: could be manual, or putting heavy weight load for a few seconds at a time.

I am not sure if I am understanding you. There is no actual holding per se. Pump to max pressure then immediately release it over and over again.

Until recently I used just a bulb type vac pump so I really didn’t have much of an idea as to how much. I then bought one at Harbor Freight and it seems I am beginning at around 15hg and it progresses up to 20hg by time I am finished. But, I must say that it’s really more about what is comfortable for you. There should never be any pain so it’s really an individual thing.

Only pump to a point where it starts to feel a bit uncomfortable. It should feel good. You are gently stretching not forcing. As you progress in reps you should find that the amount of vacuum will increase as you go along. In other words if you can only handle 10hg at rep 1 you will be able to handle higher hg by time you get to rep 150.

Through trial and error I have found that around 150 reps seems to be just right. Good stretching but no donut.

When you do this dynamic stretching..
When you pump up to pressure fore the 2 sec hold, then release..
Do you pump up pressure direct? Or do you wait a couple of sec before you go up to pressure again? And do you pump up fast or do you pump up to pressure with some wait sec at the hg levels?

Just pump up to your max compression based on comfort, then release.

Is anyone using here Vaculogic QS-7 for dynamic stretching? I have one and I would like to add event with exact event number, pressure, hold and transition time and number of cycles. Thanks
